Right now!The system is totally broken!I must say though that those, that work there are incredible.Despite the dysfunction of the system.It took me four hours of waiting outside in Terrible weather, and two hours of waiting inside.Bravo Government of Quebec!

5 stars at all!I went there at around 8:00, 12 person before me, saw probably 50 persons after me at the moment the door opened at 9:00 exactly, and my case finished at 9:40, very effectivement.

This is the better location in west island to serve customers concerning car registration and driving permits matters. It did not need appointment. Sometimes there might be a lineup outside, but the staff are very effective and it won't take too much time.

Quick and organised. During epidemic period - You'll require to go online to schedule an appointment in advance. Otherwise they said it can easily take 3 hrs maybe more or none at all.

System is broken. Can't get online appointments, or renewals online complicated & not user friendly. Line ups ridiculous.They don't know what they are doing. It was never like this. Get your act together.

This is terrible. Yesterday, we got there and lined up at 12:40, our turn came at 17:05! We waited outside in the cold for 2.5 hours and once inside, another 2 hours! The least that could be done is give numbers and let people do their things or even warm up in their cars!! Beyond ridiculous!

Excellent I mean EXCELLENT service!! It was so fast!! I didn't have appointment and everything was finish in less than 10 min including the waiting in line time and less than 5 minutes and I was out!! Everyone was so nice and extremely patient helping the best they could, it was by far the best SAAQ I even been!! Too bad not all the places have the same service as them, it worth the trip so far because I was going from Villeray but I was truly worth it !! I'm recommending to remove the racks from the centre of the office and install chairs for visitors rather than keeping the people waiting outside under cold and hot conditions. By this way, the people will feel with respect.
