Dropped by a couple of times, the staff was always helpful and made sure I found what I needed. Helped me try on shoes and made sure the fit was right for me. Great selection of brands to choose from and great prices and sales.

I went to buy winter shoes and the lady working there was very polite and helpful. She assisted me to find the right size and design that will suit me the best.When i went for the return, Violeta was working and she was very friendly and took their product back and gave my refund at the same time. I really liked their customer service.

Like every other review I was followed around in the store. I was shopping with my husbands grandmother who doesn’t speak English. They wouldn’t leave us alone while she tried on her shoes.

I will never go back to this store. I was followed around like I was a criminal. I declined help multiple times but the 3 associates decided I needed to be watched like a hawk.

Tootsies Shoe Market
I was looking for ankle boots. Kitchener was showing 1 pair. When I called KW store, I spoke to Mary, and she indicated they didn't have it, but she could order it in. She was the most pleasant and helpful rep I spoke to. Later that day, she called to say she had located them and could set them aside as I was coming out of town. I was very appreciative of her Excellent Customer Service:-)

Husband and step daughter went to buy some boots, a staff member followed them around, asked if they needed help, they declined. Step daughter sat down to try some boots and the staff member continued to follow husband around store. Note: husband is black. Staff did not follow any other customers around. Only him.Will not go back.

Went in today to buy shoes for work. The sale lady I first had was good. I do have small feet, so when the second sales lady came up and said we don’t sell your size shoe and maybe you should look at the children section that was my cue to leave. As I have bought work boots for my size from this store. Will not return to this location and I have three children still living with me.

Just left this store after being followed around by the employee for the few minutes I was in the store. I politely declined help 3 times and proceeded to have the employee continue to follow me through the store.I’m not sure if she was profiling me as I’m a POC and was wearing kinda bummy clothing but I was prepared to spent several hundred dollars in there and do not appreciate being followed around like a criminal when I’m trying on shoes. There were 2 other woman in there but they were white an obviously dressed well and no one was bothering them.

Did not have a good experience here. I’ve been everywhere looking for a comfortable pair of shoes, but they needed to be somewhat dressy for work. My foot is a bit wide and all the sketchers they had were not made for wide feet, the person helping me seemed nice at first, gave me a pie to try on, then just couldn’t care less, he walked away and did not come back. I will not go back here because of the service.
