Great service. Might be new mgmt. Staff were so helpful.

I recommend this Sherwin Williams store.........I came in here after months of researching paint and how to renovate my new home. I ended up speaking with sales manager who answered all my questions and even told me to hold off my purchase for a sale that was coming up. Their prices are excellent but honestly even if they were a bit more I wouldn’t even think of going elsewhere.

Shoutout to the staff at this location. They are amazing!!!! I have very little paint knowledge and left there educated. Best customer service!

This store is always super reliable and very helpful. Marlene has been there for a long time and as always provided us with A1 service! Her and Tori are very knowledgable and experienced. We were in on Saturday and the Sherwin-Williams rep was helping out because they are short staffed. She was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this paint store anytime. Do you have the best quality product and service. Thank you.

When I came in the lady was very busy with a large order but acknowledged me right away. Said she would get someone else to help me. I did not expect much interest as all I needed was a small amount of customized color paint. WELL was I wrong...the name on my receipt is Shelly A and she was friendly, professional and knew exactly how to help me out. Matched up some color for me and beefed it up a bit and couldn't be happier. The best part I did not feel like it was any bother at all. Great service and thanks so much for getting my color perfect. She will remember me as it was for Concrete Teeth. :) If you have not been here yet .... maybe check them out.

I just spent a long time talking with Tori at this location. She was INCREDIBLY helpful in assisting me with selecting colours, researching each product, and answering the million questions I had about paint! Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will go back for all future painting needs!

The staff I have dealt with have been so friendly and polite. They take time to listen to what you need and make good recommendations. The supplies and paint so far have worked out really well for me. Onto the next stages and more purchases I'm sure!

I am happy to echo the positive reviews about this paint store. I was in yesterday and was so impressed with Tori. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I think you have a real treasure there!Also, we always buy the Emerald brand, and it is such quality paint.

I came to this location this morning to get some information about some products I'll need for my bathroom painting project. I spoke to Marlie/Marnie, I couldn't quite catch her name exactly but like another person that left a review here, she was rude to me in multiple instances. It was just myself and another customer at the store at the time and she was so rude that the other customer had a reaction and turned around to look at us. I'm not an expert with painting by any means, which is why I asked for help and I only asked a few simple questions about the products to understand what I need to buy. As a customer I should be treated with BASIC respect. I've been on the other side having worked in customer service for several years and I would've never talked to a customer that way. It completely left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not going to be coming back here and giving this location my business.
