Go ride and tourism services was excellent. Shan went out of his way to ensure that all of our needs and requests were met (we have 2 toddlers and he let us bring and install our own car seats) install our car seats). This was such a huge relief as traveling with babies can be very stressful when it comes to getting around. Another favourable aspect is that Shan has communication skills and his knowledge of Ottawa’s landmarks and major attractions was on point. Shan is a true gentleman and we will be using go and ride our next visit!

This man let me glitter his beard ! He took us all the places we needed to go with the most positive attitude Ottawa has ever seen ! He told us about his 2 cats ! I’m a cat lady too so we really had a personal experience ! I also got to dj ! :)

Such a great service! Shan is an amazing kind guy with a very respectful attitude. He made sure that we had an enjoyable and a great ride! Our plane from Toronto to Ottawa was severely delayed because of mechanical issues. We ended up arriving in Ottawa at 3 am, needing a ride back to our home 45 minutes outside of the city. Shan was very agreeable and courteous, an excellent communicator, and stayed in touch as our flight status changed 3 times. After almost 24 hours of travelling, he provided a very calm, conscientious and kind service.

Amazing service! My friends and I recently traveled to Quebec for Escapade music festival and the company went above and beyond for us considering how impossible it is to get a taxi or Uber during busy hours. Not only were we able to book and schedule multiple rides instantly, the owner personally kept us updated and was very kind and accommodating. If you're new into town and are looking for a reliable taxi company, definitely check these guys out. They also knew the right spots for entertainment.

was an amazing driver! he drove us to and from the Shanai Twain concert. he offered for us to connect our phones and play our own music. he was friendly, and efficient. i felt his driving was safe! i would give him 6 stars if possible!

Shan was beyond friendly and professional. I was travelling for the first time with a broken foot and a heavy mobility device and he carried my device down my stairs to the car and helped me every step of the way. I felt safe and comfortable and will absolutely use this excellent service again. Perfection ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shaun provided us with ride to airport and return. He is very punctual and friendly person. The fare was reasonable and his car was very clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a five stars service.

Very friendly and kind guy! He drove us to the Shania Twain concert in the crazy traffic and handled it like a pro! He even called me back as soon as the concert was over to offer us a drive home, he also drew me a map so I could find his car in the after concert craziness!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
