This company scams people.I thought I was dealing with the local police force to obtain a vulnerable person check to volunteer at my child's school. The only time you learn you are in the wrong place is after you have paid money. They offer no refunds, even if you ask them to cancel your police check 2min after filing.

Scam. Not a real police check.Only after you have paid do you get a pdf that says this is not a true police check as is based solely on the name(s) and date of birth provided and the criminal record information declared

As someone who has to background check regularly for my industry, I’m glad I’ve found this service. Background checks in Canada are nuanced so this service is a bit different than going to your local police. The support is top notch and makes up for any confusion you may have! Thanks certn

This is a horrible company to have do a background check on you. They don't tell you that they do a hard check on your credit, which ultimately affects your credit score. Shame on you, ruining peoples' credit just to dig up some dirt. Horrible!

Absolutely useless platform. Dont spend money on them as they are good for nothing. They dont have any measures to complete the work on their own and would rely on you to complete their work for which they are being paid.

I deal with the staff here on a weekly basis and they have to be the best Live Chat staff ever. I never have an issue with them, they are quick, efficient and are always willing to help. I only wish that all Live Chat companies had employees with CERN. Whatever management is doing, they are doing it right!
