Had my watch battery replaced there. It was quick and fair price. The staff was friendly and professional.

They've done a great job on everything from re-setting a stone in a ring to fixing an old watch with sentimental value. Wonderful people to work with. Honest. Transparent.

First, I understand that sometimes life conspires against everyone but this was my experience and it is worth sharing.I brought in my engagement ring which had to be sent elsewhere to be resized. I was quoted $50 and that it would take two weeks. I picked it up today. It is perfect. But it took 4 and a bit weeks and cost me $150. I would have been ok with the price and the wait because it was worth it but to be told one thing (let alone two things) and have them not be true tarnished what could have otherwise been a really good experience.

I went to Ted Allen’s to get a new wedding ring set. The woman who helped me was so patient while I asked to look at so many different rings, and she was very informative and thought of my concerns. I ended up finding a perfect set and only had to wait one day for them to resize it to fit my tiny fingers. Unfortunately, the band that I chose has 14 little diamonds and two of which fell out within a two week period (due to the downsize). BUT Ted Allen’s was wonderful and sent it to the company that produced the ring and they built a new one, true to my size FOR NO COST. I am so happy I went through them and that they work so well with their customers. 10/10 would recommend and will go to them for any other beautiful jewelry in the future!
