If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Charlie, our plumber, was on time, incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything clearly, showed me what he recommended - and why. He put in a very long day, and stayed until the entire job was done. The areas he worked in were left clean, neat, and tidy.Technically, his soldering was the best I think I've ever seen, and the new pipes and valves were located in better spots than the original ones were.I definitely recommend Thos. R. Birnie & Sons for any plumbing work you need done. I will call them again for my future needs.
