Went in to get my phone upgraded. Tiny young lady if I'm remembering her name correctly, Tracey. Everything went quickly and smoothly until later. I realized Bell took a payment out of my account. I went back and Tracey got on the phone with them and everything was returned. All the staff in there is so pleasant and helpful. Such a busy place and they all seem to work together well. I highly recommend The Mobile Shop

The best in town.I had to wait in queue little bit to talk with them, they are usually busy. But it was worth it.They asked about my phone needs, did the research and gave me the best deal. Now I pay half of what I used to pay b4.

Excellent service.Very courteous dealing.And got me the best deal possible (I shopped around quite a bit), but the Mobile shop offered me the best deal.Very satisfied.

Went in to get an upgrade done on my boyfriends line.We were there for well over an hour.The woman with glasses and tattoos on her hands(she didn’t give me her name and no visible name tag) was supposed to be training Beatrice, however, she was more concerned about letting Beatrice know about the great discount you get on your phone bill, and just being on her phone in general, only lifting her head when Beatrice tried to ask her if she was doing it correctly. Because of that, there was a mistake made while processing the upgrade, forcing Beatrice to call into customer service, not her fault.The man on the phone with Beatrice was asking for the plan code; the woman with glasses proceeded to tell the man on the phone that there was no such thing as plan codes, only SOC codes when they have promotions within the shop itself, basically arguing with customer service *having worked within telecommunications for quite a few years, I know there are codes for plans.We ended up walking out and cancelling. The only helpful person that knew what they were doing in the store was the man, Kashi, I believe his name was, sorry if that’s wrong. He tried to get us to stay to process the upgrade and offered to do it himself, but we ran out of patience.With this review, I’m hoping that this Mobile Shop gets someone in the store to properly train their employees. A 10 minute or less process shouldn’t take over an hour.

Its always a pleasure to deal with the employees of this Mobile Shop especially Ishan who helped us with our first purchase and then Kaamil who helped us with our second purchase. These guys take the time to understand customer needs and provide an honest opinion based on the needs. Ishan has been really helpful and will go out of the way to help his customers.Will definitely do business with them and would recommend them to friends.

Got a phone protector screen from Jacqui. She was very professional and diligent. We also made some nice small talk, it was a good experience overall.

The lady’s her name is Jacque W. She is not nice. I will change the SIM card to an other companies soon and tell my family also. This is bad experience I never had before I feel so disappointed

I had a great experience at mobile shop fort mcmurray. Kashif was super friendly and helpful and were done in less than an hour. He can handle 2 clients at a time. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!
