I went to dealership and the place that changed my winters over because of a woomf woomf in my car. One said bearing, one said no idea but we can get you in next week. Well......my brother said go to Jiffy on Pitt and 6th. I went right away, told the manager at the desk of the sound it was making. He said hmmmm, follow me. He simply went into the shop part, grabbed a tool and walked to my car. back passenger torque torque....front left same....then to drivers side.....he could turn the 5 nuts with his hand. OMG. He torqued them to specs and sent me on my way in less than 2 minutes saying problem solved. And it was. That is the kind of service you want. He listened...knew what it was based on his expertise and acted upon that in seconds then sent me on my way explaining that you always come back after tire rotations to check the nuts and torque just as a pure safety measure. Now I will get my tires changed over seasonally there and stored. Storage will save me $25.00 alone but more than that I can count on his honesty because that could have went south very quickly. You are good people.

Had the need to have a few issues looked at and repaired on three different vehicles and found the service honesty and integrity in which i was dealt with to be top notch .I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to go to a garage for a purchase or to have work done.

I have been bringing my car to this place for almost 4 years. This is an honest review. Their price is a bit high and they can be a bit dishonest. They told me that one of my Tie Rods needed to be changed, I said go ahead and change it. They changed it. A coupled of months later I took my car to Hyundai for Maintenance. Hyundai told me that the same Tie Rod needs replacement. I brought my car back to this place asking them what is going on. They said that the Tie Rod is good, Hyundai wants to make money off me. So they didn’t do anything. A few months later I brought my car back here because it had a brake issue. They said that the same tie rod that they had said that it had no problem a few months earlier needed replacement. They forgot that they had told me that it had no any issues. They almost charged me close to $100 for something that did not need fixing. It’s not honest. I’m just thinking, what else have they charged me unnecessarily?
