Try to keep your appointments. When a person books a massage it is because they are in pain!!! I had a 9am appointment today that I booked on Tuesday. Even got a confirmation email and reminder email!! Apparently the other lady who had an appointment and myself...they had NO CLUE we had appointments. I have done massage for pain relief for 20 years and this is a FIRST! DON'T GO!! So rude too!! DON'T GO unless you want to be turned away!!

Walked in and asked for half hour massage. Girl says $50 plus tip. That was bold! I smiled and asked if tip was mandatory and she said yes, so for half hour massage plus tips will be $100. Hahaha wow. Must be some type of special ending costing $50 tips I guess. Anyways, I went home and give me self happy ending and saved $50 and bought two boxes of chicken fried rice and change left over to buy lunch next day.

My husband went there and was appalled when they offered him “extra services” at the end of his massage. He refused.Then they charged him $120 for a 45 min massage when he only had a 45 minute massage.Want to protect others from experiencing the same thing.

I would give a zero if possible. Booked online drove over and sat outside waiting 20min. Nobody showed up. Called and the guy answered said the therapist is on vacation so they stopped online booking.....funny because I booked and got confirmation. Should have read the reviews first. Waste of time. As someone who gets massaged regularly and was looking for a new place this for sure is not it. Was not offered another time or anything. Terrible customer service, well lack of any service as they let you think you have an appointment then not even unlock their doors. Go absolutely anyplace else but here.

Booked a couple's massage through these guys because our union has a deal with them. Other half and I made it there and they don't have anyone there to give us massages because they didn't see" the appointment. I booked it online 1 week prior to our appointment and even got an appointment reminder for our massage which didn't happen. I'll be booking our appointment somewhere else despite getting a discount rate at this establishment."

Horrible customer experience. I booked my husband a massage from their website 9am on a Saturday. He got an email reminder and text reminding him. He showed up and no one was there. He called them a guy answered and said there should be someone at 925am. And my husband said his appointment was at 9am why was no one one there. The guy on the phone said he didn't know and to go back to the clinic and that he was sorry. Suffice to say he did not get a massage and after reading all the reviews looks like this was not the first time.

Weird place. No receptionist, was not prepared for my booked appointment, didn’t even have a room ready. Went because of a sore shoulder, for a 90 minute massage that lasted 75 minutes, and had multiple interruptions. Every time someone walked in she would stop the massage, apologize and go out to greet them since they had no receptionist. She also took 2 phone calls during the 75 minute massage that I was charged 90 minutes for. My massage was at 11am, and it is now approx 13 hrs later. I can barely move my arm. My shoulder is WORSE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! The vibe in the place was also very strange. At one point she asked if she could remove my underwear, which I immediately refused. Very uncomfortable.

I saw the sign on Parsons Road so thought I would give it a try. I texted the number and they were able to make an appointment that afternoon. Upon arriving, the woman who greeted me was very friendly but seemed confused when I said I was there for my 2 p.m. appointment. She said it would be about 10 minutes. I didn't mind, I was in no rush and was 5 minutes early. About 15 minutes passed and a man walked in, he was greeted by a different lady who came from the back. He said he didn't have an appointment and was a walk-in"

I decided to try out Rosewater since they were in a nice location in South Edmonton. I had some pretty achy shoulders and ended up feeling MUCH better after my visit! Really lovely, clean, quiet, impeccable space to get a fantastic massage at an excellent price (that includes tax and tip). The ladies at Rosewater are dedicated to making clients feel welcome and happy. Treat yourself to this place, you will be so happy you did!

Horrible experience.Booked my massage a few days in advance and when I arrived I was told they were too busy to do my 90min massage. Then I was offered a 60min relaxation massage for the same price as the 90min massage.A huge waste of time.
