We are so glad we chose Jonathan to help us buy our first home after moving to Toronto! Being first time buyers in Canada, we had a lot of questions about how the buying process worked, and Jonathan patiently took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we felt informed. His calm, easy going demeanour made everything seem like it wasn't a problem, even when we asked for viewings with mere hours to spare! He was also always extremely responsive. The thing that stood out the most to us however was how kind and patient Jonathan was with our 4-year-old son, who we had to bring along with us for viewings and who, admittedly, wasn't always the best behaved.
