I have not seen so many Boomers in one place since the last Greatfull Dead concert I went to. $100 sweatpants (not fancy), $150 gloves(not fancy). A true beacon of light for the Regretfully Rich to spend their blood money in a vein attempt to blend with normal people". If you have lots of money are are a brand bound consumer who believes that the label on your pants makes a difference in who you are

They should carry their petite sizes in-store, not just on line. The coat I got cost me way more than it should as I had to order from Main, which cost me duties as well as taxes.

Seems like a really nice store.This was our first visit but the particular style of shirt my husband wanted had not come into the store so I went home and ordered them online. There was a 15% discount code so that was good.

Good quality sportswear here. I picked up a little vest which is great in the winter under my coat or in the spring when the coat comes off but I need a bit of warmth.

I bought an L.L.Bean sweater @ HBC which was made in Norway and I like it very much. Later I ordered two more @ HBC, one for my wife and one for me again. This time the two were all made in China. Both of them were bad. One had 2 elbow holes after just 1 winter and another one reduced its size sharply from size large to small after one wash! I was too shy to donate them and I discarded them away. If you do not want to waste your money, never buy something made in China.

I went to the Ottawa Trainyards LL Bean shop today looking for some clothing suitable for an upcoming cruise to Alaska. I received outstanding service from a sales associate named Pat. She not only helped me find the initial items I had in mind, but also suggested some other practical options that would be versatile and suitable for the trip. No pressure or hard sell, just a helpful, friendly, client centred attitude. I have had several excellent purchase experiences at this location, and today the service was exceptional.

Really nice. Super expensive though. I bought a nice t-shirt on a discount but still on the high end for t-shirt. However it's quality should last a couple of years.
