I got a Sweet Onion Chicken Sub and the Chicken was COMPLETELY FROZEN! The kid working refused to take it back and said it was I possible. He wouldn't even toast it again and when I say the Chicken was frozen I don't mean raw because it's already pre cooked as everyone knows but the small pre cut chicken chunks were like ice cubes I could have put the in my soda no joke. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!

Very busy, good staff very friendly. Only problem, Subway has changed some of things. No roast beef and the steak for the steak and cheese tasted VERY processed.Will have to find a new sandwich choose.

The workers are nice and the food tastes ok, but the bar is usually not in the best shape when I go in. Sometimes onions are in with the lettuce, etc and I debate just skipping over the veggies.

Dude, this is like the worst Subway I've been to, like worse than an airport Subway. First of all, I couldn't find the door. It's like hidden around the side of the building (see picture), so it's very hard to tell where to go. The sign isn't helpful, and Google took us to a weird side of the building. Second, the service was garbage. There was one girl running the whole restaurant by herself, and she was both bad at her job and a jerk. Finally, not only did she use her phone while serving me, she did it with foodservice gloves on and then went back to making my food. Yum, face sweat. It was the petite blonde with the attitude issues, someone please have her retake a hand washing class or something.

The lady putting my sandwich together was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Also not to mention I am very sick after eating there. They gave me bad cucumbers and rotten ones at that. The sandwich tasted absolutely horrible. Never eating there again.

This sub shop was good, service was good, food good too, but I was not happy about having to leave a tip on the card register. It's fast food, nothing worth tipping over.

Placed a mobile order. When we got there we decided to eat in. Both of our subs were made completely wrong. When I told them, one of the employees gave me an attitude. So I told the manager that was there. I noticed he took her in the back and spoke with her, then he came out and made our subs the way they were supposed to be made in the first place. I also told the employees about the soda machine being out of ice and the same girl with the attitude looked at me and rolled her eyes. If the girl with the attitude is reading this... PLEASE.. if you don't like your job.. get a different one, don't take it out on the customers!

Sandwiches were made correctly, but definetly did not taste like they normally would. When asked about it, I was told they recently made some changes, but those changes should not change anything with the sandwiches. Not true! If you look at the sweet onion teriyaki sauce, its not the same color, and it tastes different. Very disapointing.
