Just an amazing job by Blue and Grey on our projects. Not only was it done exceptionally well, but it was also done quickly. Service was great, very professional and courteous! They explained everything and gave options to choose from. Couple things even came up during the job from previous builders, those were brought up to speed as well. They also finished the underside of the roof, which we asked for part way in, and it looks great. Thanks Blue and Grey, appreciate the awesome work, writing this review as we enjoy the new deck and roof! Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Blue & Grey Property Services as I had a great experience with them. Bowen replaced the flooring on the ground level of my home. Service was prompt, polite and professional. Cost was fair and reasonable. I'm happy with the finished product. It looks great! I would not hesitate to contact Bowen for any other home repair and renovation projects.

I was very disappointed with Blue & Grey. I have never written a review before but the service I received warrants this. Bowen underestimated my quote by over 25% and that is without even completing the job and after I stressed that I needed the quote to be accurate and well thought out.Overall, the work is decent but there are areas that are not aligned and there are several careless mistakes that he made.Finally, Bowen is not honouring the warranty and hasn't come back to fix one of the problems that was not handled properly.If you hire Bowen, stress the importance of a good quote, a proper contract and good communication. I don't trust him but maybe you will have more luck.
