I purchased an Arc Trainer 750at from Keystone Fitness in the summer and I can say that all of the staff that I have dealt with are top notch. The customer service that I received has been excellent. Other businesses can learn from them. From the sales, purchase and follow up service the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and most accommodating. David, Amir and the technicians (sorry I don't know your names) have been a pleasure to deal with. The technicians are very detail oriented and took the time to make sure that everything was perfect. I most definitely will deal with them for any future fitness purchases. Thank you all!

When I purchased a Life Fitness upright bike from Keystone, the staff was very quick to respond to me and discuss the particulars of the purchase by email and over the phone. They provided me with a 6 month warranty on the parts and offered me assurances on the quality of the product. Also, they had my bike shipped within a couple of days from my purchase, and the price to ship was very reasonable as the bike had to go across the entire country from Ontario to Alberta. Quality and quick service from this company - thanks especially goes to Amir for making the sale effortless.

Extremely satisfied with my experience ordering. Recently purchased a Precor brand Icarian Selectorized Chest Press from Amir at Keystone and everything came exactly as advertised, all consumable components like cabling and bearings were in excellent condition / recently serviced. Communication and turn around was also speedy, had my machine in my gym just 5 days after paying. Great service from the guys on the delivery team as well.All in all very happy, not just for this machine but now I have a reliable place to buy whatever commercial grade machines I want for my gym. They worked diligently and communicated well to help to get the charges reversed for the delivery that was mismanaged locally after shipping to my city. Top level experience from beginning to end. With another lockdown in sight, I purchased an elliptical, dumbbells, and a bench to keep me going through 2022. I'd like to say the service was excellent. No pressure in sales, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and equipment was well presented. The equipment can also be picked up or delivered right to your door at a time convenient for you. If you are serious about working out at home or starting your own private gym, I recommend taking a look yourself.

I purchased two Hammer Strength Dumbbell racks from Keystone Fitness. Both the manager and younger individual working at the warehouse was courteous and helpful. The prices were very reasonable and allowed me to finally complete my home gym. I highly recommend checking out their physical location. They have so much stuff its mind boggling. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.
