I have done business with AVX since 2007 I have had several remote starts indstalled by installer Jason lundblad . There has always been some kind of install issue ranging from wiring issues to compatibility issues due to a improper install. I have had several appointments scheduled for having my remote starts installed as i have had removed from prior installs as I traded in on a new vehicle , Rich Erkens(Owner) and Jason Lundblad have found some lame excuse to call me to cancel at last minute ranging from they refuse to reinstall a unit that was originally installed by someone else because they always come up with the exuse that they double booked or want prepayment for service and they refuse to install a system that was intalled by someone else . Don’t believe them when they tell you the customer missed the appointment due to a no show they have a tendency of cancelling appointments without a phone call or any knowledge from the customer . Recent Jason installed my Compustar in a 2017 Chevy and did such a poor job to the point that the cm7200 fried and no longer works and now I cannot start my vehicle due to a improperly installed E-Lock relay and had to have it towed home( $200 Charge) a cannot start it or drive it and I am out a cm7200 brain ($150.00 Value and a $120.00 BladeAL Ingition Interface .I also Requested to have him program a das II in both my vehicles one which he installed and had not completed setup and the other one refused to set up due to lack of time which I had Zach look at his schedule and the times he said he was busy Was not true. Also last Friday my 2017 Chevy started remote starting by itself in my garage and I had to manually overide it . The fob stated Timer mode was turned on on all 3 fobs which was not turned on by me(never used it) this happened 3 Times in a 4 hour period if we did not catch it or this would of happened when we were asleep we could have died (.hope avx has a good insurance policy) The reason that this did this is because of exposed wires on the Compustar that were not shielded when it was installed by Jason. Do not trust avx as they will take your money and don’t warranty their work and want to charge again even though I already paid and they expect prepayment from all customers because thier booked solid according to them which is untrue they are just hurting for business so they will try to take it from who they can when they can don’t be a fool and fall for thier scheme what company has you pay for work performed when they don’t even know what the bill will be . Any business that I’ve done business colllects bill upon completion.

I used AVX in a new home build in 2019. Their work included a Control4 automation with TVs, whole home stereo system, automated bug screens, automated blinds, security system, cameras, lights, fans, door locks, garage doors automation, and more. They have provided great service since the installation. Also, I’ve added and changed a few things over the years and they are always great to work with!

I was extremely pleased with the plan AVX came up with as we did a remodel. We wanted a plan including using an APP to control the home, and they came up big! The workers were wonderful to deal with and even if I call in with a question, the customer service is awesome. I recommend them if you want a Top Quality experience and products.

I have been a customer of AVX for over 5 years now and I am never disappointed in their service, product, staff, knowledge and support they give me. I appreciate them always going the extra mile to make sure I am happy with my home and all the technology they have installed. Yesterday was just another example when I needed something and they sent a technician right over to help me troubleshoot. Thank you AVX for providing such great product and customer service.

I have a vehicle with the jbl premium system, because of that I was told that upgrading the sound system would be difficult, if not impossible, due to the fact I have to keep my stock head unit. I brought my car to 2 different places (Best buy, Sound connection) one turned me down due to difficulty, the other just plain out failed...twice. I brought my car here and there was no problem for these professionals. With the sound dampening (2 separate layers) the only question, was the time allowed for the installation and integration. Not only did they properly integrate my new speakers, amp and sub(custom built on site). They tuned it to perfection!!! I was told they may need another day, but, due to my schedule, I asked if it were possible to finish that night, and they worked late and finished! Being a person who likes things clean and neat, the wiring was beautiful. True professionals, cheerful, knowledgeable, and respectful. Can't give enough praise. Totally recommend!!!

Audio Video came to install my trio of Tv's, surround sound, etc. Did a fantastic job. Had a small issue. So Chris and Kent came back and were fantastic at diagnosing the problem. I really appreciate their friendly tech/install guys. Will recommend for sure and I would use them again. Thanks -Nate

AVX came through for me in a big way when the local big box store let us down on multiple levels. It was really refreshing to have a solid contact to coordinate the hardwire, internet, television, and security of our new home build.

Amazing Amazing Amazing!!! We built a new home this past year and hired AVX to install the cabling, Control4 unit, 4K Sony TV’s and outdoor cameras. The entire team was Wonderful from Adam in sales to the installers, programmers and Rich the owner! This business is very knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and extremely professional. It is a very cool place. They showcase all their products they install (message chairs, TVs, audio/video systems, etc.). I like their home theatre room the most. They also install auto start for numerous vehicles. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They explain the whole process and very competent at what they do. Highly recommend!
