My grandparents aren't religious but they are religiously devout to RED SQUARE products! The low glycemic food options, as well as the low carb bread are some of our favorites. Moreover, the owner is SO knowledgable he has more insight into bettering health than any internal medicine doctor I've ever spoken to. Red Square truly helps people eat better, and live better!

I work at a medical office focused on heart health and some heart health focused baked goods were brought in to the office to sample. Very skeptical at first. I’ve tasted a whole spectrum of healthy baked goods. Thought these would be dry, have a synthetic/chemical like taste and/or have a weird aftertaste. I was astonished. The most delicious treats. I love the muffin tops, waffles, breads, and am snacking on a flax rye loaf as we speak. Everything so far is delectable and an added bonus of great health benefits ! Our new family fav. Highly highly recommend.

As someone who usually struggles to get enough protein and fiber, and someone who struggles with eating breakfast, Red Square Bakery has been an absolute godsend for me. I usually dislike eating anything in the morning, but I will happily eat any of their delicious goods - their pizza rolls and muffin tops are among my favourites of their many amazing and healthy goods!Mark is not only very passionate about creating the best possible products, but also genuinely caring about his customers' health and wellness. You can tell that he prides himself on delivering goods that will help others enjoy their health journeys.

I have never been disappointed by my shopping experience at Red Square. The breads are dense and delicious. I also routinely go for the muffin tops and cinnamon buns, which go great with grass-fed butter. Red Square has become my go to bakery for low carb/keto baked goods.

Absolutely love Red Square’s Keto/Low Carb products ! Especially the bread and Flax Rye Loaf crackers ! Red Square’s products have definitely helped me to achieve my keto/low carb diet ! As a result, I have lost 10 lbs and also got rid of my eczema issue ! Highly recommended!

We have been patrons for over 20 years! These delicious cookies are how we get our daily fiber. I am also a big fan of the dark rye and peasant bread! The service clerk is also very kind and efficient!

Red Square products have been part of my diet in various ways since 2010, and most certainly through the duration of my competitive bodybuilding days. Even now, though done competing, Red Square products still have their place in my diet, and they are recommended to our (my wife and I) clients for their goals as well. Haven't stopped recommending or consuming, and never will. Solid offerings from them!
