Bell is an unethical company that disgusts me. At the end of my contract I will never use Bell again for any service and will actively encourage people in every manner possible not to support Bell or use any of their services. Outright cheating, lying and stealing. Canadians need to stand up against these companies and force them to change or put them out of business. I just found out that after requesting that my service be suspended for over a month, while I was travelling and could not use my phone, it resulted in me getting charged my full monthly fee regardless. When I found out and asked I was told that even if my service is suspended you still get charged the full amount. I expected an extra month to be added to my contract which I would consider fair but instead I get charged the full amount for using nothing. Of course there was no explanation for why I was not told this when I first called in. The only good thing is that I won't have to wait an extra month for my contract to end. Now it's time to file another complaint with the CRTC.

Your technicians are really the worst: incompetent and not courteous.Bell should also be able to give a technician’s reference number or name so customers can complain about.I am going with Videotron for all my uses.

who do i talk to about the vary poor customer service im a long-time customer with multiple bell products but in the last 4 years ive been through 7 receivers that malfunction and every time i call customer service they give me the run around and when i when i finally was getting somewere with the main customer service office they came up with a solution but then they stop calling me and i finally after 2 months got a hold of them again and they when back to not helping me again im at the end of my rope with this i like bell but without them fixing my receiver problem for the last 4 years i can't take it anymore with the bad customer service that has went way down hill im sending this to the bbb of canada im tired of dealing with the nonsense of bell paying for service that dont work and they dont want the help fix

I have been with Bell for over 30 years and today I decided to leave them for another supplier.Why ? They have steadily been increasing their fees and every month I have a nasty surprise. When I call them they offer me another plan, but when the bill comes it is twice the amount offered. It seems that I never have the right plan and yet I very rarely use my cell phone because of a very poor reception in my home.I have a satellite dish with another supplier for internet and landline.Goodbye Bell and good riddance.Thierry Ponette

Worst service ever, they say it would take 2 hours for the service call, but always takes all day...the technicians are incompetent, I had to show them were to drill the hole and how to measure...por training. Bell has always cared for their pockets first, customer service last.

Bell rep cane to my house and offered me a package to switch over to them. I explained the channels that I needed and he assured me that I would get them at a much lower price along with a visa gift card for signing up. I switched over and the first day when they came to install my boxes they messed up and had to come back again. When I noticed that I didn’t have the channels that was promised I called and they said that I would have to pay extra. Cable went out a few times and I had to call back again and again to get it rectified. I called back to inquire about the gift card that was promised twice and they said someone would call me back. Last call was November 5 And it is now November 22. Needless to say this company does not honour their word. Cancellation fee of $150. I believe that I will pay that just to get out of this bad deal. These companies need to stand by their words and provide fair customer service. Unfortunately I won’t be doing business with them again.
