I noticed that some Tim Hortons when you eat in the employees do not clean the tables you have to clean your own table from somebody else. Even when they're not busy they don't clean them

We stopped here for a coffee n wraps by drive through, customer service is fast and amazing. Close to the river for fishing +

This location is notoriously busy. Normally not an issue, but ever since they started serving those stupid pizzas, it takes days to get 1 coffee through the drivethru, totally unacceptable. Whoever thought serving pizzas through a drive thru was a good idea needs to seriously reassess.

Can't go wrong with the staple of Canada. Always delicious fresh coffee, donuts always in stock, great sandwiches and friendly service. The drive thru is rather busy but moves pretty fast. Cant go wrong with some timbits and an ice cap to :)

Been to this place a few times. Everytime they screw up the food order. Staff seem to be directionless wandering like the walking dead. Young male manager was trying to tell a girl to clean under the hood of a machine as it was dirty. He ended up doing it himself. The location where the liquids come out was just disgusting and hadn't been ever cleaned since I don't know when. Sugar had built up like a coffee crusted volcano. The young male manager is useless and the staff couldn't care less. If I were owner, I would fire ALL of them and start over with competent people who actually want to be there. A new broom sweeps clean. Who knows what is really going into your food and how contaminated it is. I won't be back.

After being a loyal customer for almost 20 years I cannot say so anymore. You’re telling me I get to wait in a shortly little line for nearly 20 mins and when I get there they can call me dumb? Awesome!! Didn’t know that’s how you treat customers here. Love it there

This is an extremely well managed Tim Hortons. With a consistent line almost out the door, I was served quickly, accurately, and with a smile. I would visit this location before visiting the other one along the river. 12/10 very impressed.

Slowest Tim Hortons in Essex county, if you like waiting in line up to 45 minutes in store or drive through this is the spot for you.
