Krystal is the best!

Recently I visited the salon for a Groupon Mani/Pedi. The salon was very chilly which always makes it uncomfortable. The manicure was poor, she began to cut away at my cuticles, which is a major no-no, so I asked her to stop, the polish was messy and all the way down to my skin, which she didn't get all off when she tried. Cuticle oil was not put on after.The pedicure was not much better, but I wasn't paying attention until i felt a pain in my toe as she was cutting away so much of my toe cuticle it started to bleed. the new polish was applied to my toes when I still had a ton my my old polish I came in with left on my feet. She couldn't even be bothered to remove my old polish fully before applying the new! Definitely the worst pedi EVER!

Honestly, every month someone new asks me who my hairdresser is! Krystal has been cutting/coloring/styling my hair for 8 years... I've never had a bad cut. She's come up with a red hair colour that stays so natural that people think it's my natural colour!! Kudos hugely to Krystal and her Razors Edge salon!!
