Its pretty mid, but its as expected for Tim Hortons.Till wasn't working when I ordered, it got stuck in french and the staff struggled to figure it out.I went to the bathroom in the wait, and it was a mess, upsetting considering the heavy use from the trucking community the space just wasn't respected, but they're not at full blame here, its also the tourist and pass through people who wreck it too.Sink did not have hot water, and may have had a leak.No accessibility washroom either.I did eventually get my stuff, but I advise the drive thru for quick and guaranteed service.Talking to some locals this location does support and help the community greatly, so I'm probably the odd experience in the mix here.

Stopped here for three breakfast sandwiches (meals) and half dozen donuts. The meal drinks were One coffee and two hot chocolates. Meals came with potato like you would get at McDonald's. Interactions with employees was friendly. Food was warm and quick.

We tried going to Kelowna, full stop @ Golden BC, Avalanche Control until 430 pm. So had a tasty turkey sub, delicious coffee & shared a sour cream donut. Friendly very efficient staff. Tim's definitely a great Cnd comfort spot for all kinds of reasons. We went back home to Alberta. Negative on the Bathrooms in need an update for sure.

Pretty typical of Tim Hortons. The chicken noodle soup and smile cookie were good. Having the employees playing music, rather loudly, riddled with swearing while small children come in isn’t very appropriate. Management may want to have a chat with your late afternoon/early evening shift.

Was disappointed to see how dirty this location was when visiting today. The front doors and windows throughout were very dirty, the bathrooms were dirty and reeked of urine. The staff seemed frantic, shouting out numbers of completed orders but not giving a number to the customer when they initially ordered. Not the experience I was expecting at all.

Great location on the north side of Golden on the TC1. Easy accessible and lots of parking.Staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was super clean (an example for many other Timmies!).Highly recommended!

It's Tim Hortons What can you say? They serve coffee which I don't drink but they make a good cup of tea and their new flaky pastries are pretty darn tasty. My favorite is the fruit explosion muffin

Mobile order pickup today included a grilled cheese and bacon which was cold, and the cheese not melted. Very disappointing lunch. Went inside two days ago when we arrived in town, and the washroom and hallway floors were super sticky.

Very clean and fresh place. Well maintained. Relaxing place for coffee and a pit stop especially when traveling. Iced cappuccino was simply refreshing. There's also a cheery fireplace with armchairs for those who prefer a warmer spot. Sufficient parking including disabled parking right out front.

Consistently the worst Tim Hortons location. My family and I travel through Golden multiple times a year and it’s a running joke on how many things will be wrong with our order, what’s missing, what’s cold or what’s just not in the bag that I’ve paid for.. To wait in a line of 20 people to reach the counter and find over half the menu is out of stock, I put this on management and pour prep. If I know how busy this location is, I would hope they would. Jokes on me I guess that I keep attending. I do not recommend this location I believe there is another location in town.
