Caledonia Orthodontics staff is incredibly sweet , easy to talk to and very kind .It was a pleasure to deal with them (everyone) and would recommend this specific office to anyone of my friends or family .The moment you walk into the office , you were welcomed with a sweet fresh scent , it smelt so good that I asked for the type of scent , cause it was quite pleasant.Then you wait in the sitting area which is cozy, once brought into the back it was all clean and very professional. Their equipment is top notch and their price is very reasonable for the service as I did price shop prior to going.The dental associate was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle and very professional which made me feel instantly comfortable and I could talk to her all day.The orthodontist herself ( Dr. Ashley Phuong) was gentle in my mouth, explained the process, and was a pleasure to talk with.I don’t have anything I’ll to say about this office . Sometimes dentist office or orthodontist offices can be scary but this Particular office made me feel really comfortable.Would definitely go back and recommend .Good work , you guys have an excellent team .Meg

My 9 year old son had a dental appliance added to the roof of his month to “make room”. Both Dr Ashley and Ashley have been FANTASTIC with us and our many questions. They are very patient with my son and his gag reflex too - great experience! Future braces will definitely be done here.

I got referred here by my dentist for braces. I was a little nervous about it but when I got there they made sure that I was comfortable and put a lot of attention on me. I was more nervous when Dr. Ashley was about to install my braces, to my surprise it did not hurt at all. They ate very attentive! My son received braces on December 1 2022. I was happy with the cost of the braces. The treatment has been excellent. I have called them and they are always friendly and willing to help. My sons teeth have moved so much, I am very happy with the progress. When Kyle is done this process, Kyle's smile will be beautiful. My son always looks forward in coming to see the doctor, to move forward in straightening his teeth. Thank you very much with helping my son.
