Great company. Professional service, very responsive and great quality. Our installation was somewhat complex and they made it look easy.

August 2022. We installed composite fences and glass panels fences. The consultant services of Mr. Dominique Maria were super helpful. Besides the salesperson aspect he provided consultation service that made us change our design for much better options (and that’s what you want/need: not the regular salesman technique to pressure to sell you anything but somebody that gives proper consultation). They provided a very professional service with proper quoting, proper follow up. Nevertheless, it’s our obligation as customer to do a thorough follow up, calculation, effective challenge, they will price items, you have to be aware of the fine prints, the increases of costs etc as the project costs might change throughout the duration of the work (mutual agreements do to normal changes / adjustments in design and manufacturing changes). They have an Invoicing department that is somewhat not as organized as we thought but nevertheless it doesn’t diminish the quality of their service.They execute the work when they planned to do so, they have a great after sale customer service (we used it twice), reason why we waited this long to post this review, we wanted to be sure they will honor the clauses of the contract. I totally recommend this company. We read every single review posted online prior selecting this company and we do not regret our choice. The crews were professional, hard working and very polite. Recommendation: prior to selecting the color of the composite or finishes of hardware, we highly recommend to visit their outdoor samples they have in Terrebone (their headquarters) because the color and finishes differ from what you see on a computer screen. Natural daylight changes appearances too, had we not done so, we would have chosen the wrong shade.

Our fence was installed last week. We are super happy about the result.Prestige really offer quality, professional and efficient work to the customer.The sales Martin is really professional, responsive and friendly. I took hybrid materials for my front fence which is Martin recommended to me. The materials make my front fence is beyond pretty.Also, the fence Installtion team came to my house last week. I have to say they are the best! Good qualiy of work, and excellent communication and explanation. They really care about our installation preference for fence. After they finished fence installation, they cleaned my driveway and front which made me even happier.Strong recommend!

The worst experience ever. Due to the nature of my land, it was necessary to install sonotubes behind the retaining walls. When they poured the concrete, they left it higher than the walls, and as you can see in the pictures, there are certain areas where the fence is over a foot higher than the retaining wall (even after adding the earth, it will never cover the space). I made several complains, sent the pictures to the owner, but no response, technically I was told live with it, seriously after paying so much money, what a joke? Would definitely not recommend them.

Rep made a mistake during measuring, the day of installation they had to add an additional 10 ft of fence so it cost more than 1k additional, since they already started i couldn’t pick a other company and they were not negotiable on the price even if its their mistake. They also broke a sprinkler and never told me. Also forgot to screw pieces on the top of poles, said they were going to come by another time but never came. Would definitely not recommend.

Nothing but great things to say about this company! I had hired another company which did an awful job, never completed the work and simply disappeared!I called Clôtures Prestige and Felix came over to assess the work. They were professional from the quotation to the installation, very efficient and ON TIME !!Was super happy with the quality of the people and work done!On a side note, after service sales was also fantastic, had a few missing caps on the gate and they came and installed 1 year later at NO CHARGE !!!
