One Thursday morning I popped into this store for some help with my jogging stroller wheels and the service was unexpected! The gentleman was so friendly and genuine that I was taken aback. He was knowledgeable and solved my issue in no time at all. Thankful there are still great humans out there and better yet ones that love their jobs. Would definitely recommend.

Best bike store in Montreal. Small business with an efficient and knowledgable staff that go out of their way to help their clients. Good prices too. Also, they sell Colombian coffee from their family farm! Highly recommend overall!

What a great store and staff. Was having trouble assembling a new bike. Called them and they said to bring it right in. And hour later, we left with a fully assembled bike at an incredibly reasonable price.Knowledgeable and friendly, this will absolutely be our go to for all things bike related!

The Rossi team are very knowledgeable and helpful with all my bike enquiries. Upon my search for a new road bike, Owen, the owner, has taken the time to explain the different types of road bikes available, the price ranges and options of each bike, as well as ride next to me as I test rode my first road bike. I am a repeat client and I highly recommend Rossi for your bike and cooffee needs (I don't ski).

Their knowledge and service were exceptional, resolving the problem with ease and ensuring my continued enjoyment of cycling.
