brought in my Galaxy A20 in for a repair on a cracked screen had no problems when It got fixed very good service Ray does a excellent job on fixing every phone etc keep up the good work.

Got my iPhone 11promax screen fixed, it worked good for about 3 weeks then screen would freeze and apps would not open or had issues texting. It’s almost 2 months now the whole screen is coming off and just cracked. Called to see what can be done with this issue and apparently they can’t do anything as the screen is cracked. Don’t waste your money with them, I payed them $300 for screen $30 for extra screen protector and now I have to spend $400 with Apple store, but at least they guarantee their work 100%.

Really disappointed with the service provided on two accounts. I was recommended to use prime tech wireless services for phone repair from multiple reputable sources. Both times took a long time for the repair and was not informed on the state or repairs required for my phone to be fixed. Ray is a nice guy but is lacking customer service and informing customers to the condition of their phones as well as what is required to fix it. He says he’s able to replace iPhone X (10) screen but my phone wasn’t calibrated properly and wasn’t able to recognize my face and the touch sensitivity was delayed and not proper. It’s not completely on him for the flaw but since our first phone repair was unsatisfactory I didn’t want to go back to him to fix my phone. From our initial discussion he said he would cover the costs for everything because of the delays and damage on his part. As a small business owner my phone is crucial to running my business and wasn’t taken into consideration. I showed up to pick up my phone and he said I owed 200$ for the screen repair and completely recanted on what he initially said which; screen and internal issues would be covered for free, due to the delay. (3 weeks) my phone black screened again and I returned my phone for the warranty repair.. I was informed that it was on my part and the internal screen was cracked. My phone wasn’t exposed to any physical drops, water, or anything that would cause this. So this led me to believe that my phone was never properly repaired and had to return it to prime tech wireless to take advantage of my warranty that’s promised based on his services. I was then charged 150$ to repair my internal screen which took 3 weeks as well with no details and lazy excuses like “I’m waiting on a part from ups, call tomorrow” if he was real and told me the time frame for his schedule and condition of my phone I would feel better about his service and business model. All said and done ray is lacking customer service and staying true to his word. I wouldn’t recommend him for any iPhone repairs or guarantees. I felt hustled and neglected through each experience with him. When I confronted him on what he initially promised he brushed it off and held my phone until payment was made. I really believe in supporting small businesses and local businesses but service like this can’t be tolerated or needs to improve on multiple levels. I regret not taking my phone to apple to repair my phone properly from the gecko.Don’t want to post negative reviews like this but I want to inform potential customer of his to be aware of this issue. Simply something he can achieve, the workload might be to heavy for him to cover every aspect of his business, but needs to be addressed soon to have happy customers.

My old iPhone 6 gave up recently and my cell phone provider was not much help in finding a new replacement. I thought I'd try Primetech as I had been there before and had a positive experience. Ray explained my old phone would be $150 to repair but likely wouldn't be worth it because of its age. He then showed me an iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 which were respectably priced at $400 and $450. This prices were right on the money for pre-owned options at big box stores like Staples and Best Buy. I checked out the phone and it looked essentially NEW. I purchased it and took it home only to realize the camera and flashlight weren't working. Obviously, I was upset. I called Ray and he said he had another iPhone 8 that came in the same shipment...he charged it up, tested the camera and I was good to go. The matter was resolved in less than a half an hour. He was apologetic but explained mistakes do happen, which I completely understand. The phone ended up coming with a 60-day warranty but I have faith I'll have this for the next few years if I treat it right...it looks and performs like brand new. I have a strong feeling a lot of these negative reviews are the result of miscommunications or people wanting things fixed that CAN'T be fixed. Overall a great experience and a highly recommend utilizing the excellent services this business offers.

Just moments ago as I write this review, I received my son’s iPhone 11 fully repaired. What makes this review so unique is that I’m writing it at 9:50 pm because Ray...I will call him Super Ray, delivered the phone to my house! at 9:30 pm!A week earlier I indicated to Ray that my son was heading off to university and it would be great if he could get his phone repaired by then. He told me he would do his best. Although keeping in communication with him over the week, I called him the day before leaving for university and he said he was currently working on it as he just received the needed parts the day before. He also said that it would be ready closer to the end of the day.After receiving an update within 15 min of his closing time, he promised to get it fixed and would stay late to make it happen.He stayed late.He made it happen.Although he could have chosen to go home to his family, he is an extraordinary example of going well above and beyond the expectations of customer service.

During the crisis we are all facing, I had a minor crisis of my own. My charger port started giving me problems. I called the number on the door at Prime Tech, the call went to voice mail. 10 minutes later I got a call from Ray, the shop owner. He told me to drop my phone off, and he would be in to service it. I work the night shift and couldn't make his hours. He arranged for me to drop off , and pick up my phone with a shop owner beside his shop. He quoted me a price for this repair, I asked him to install a screen protector as well. It was done, it looks fantastic and works great. The best part was that when it was time to pay, he charged me the low end price of his quote! Awesome service, all around. Go to Prime Tech, you wont be disappointed, I guarantee it! Was concerned my phone may have been hacked due to quicker than normal battery drain. I read a few reviews about Ray and went in to inquire about my concerns. He said all I needed was a new battery. He had one in stock and had it switched out in 30 minutes. Price was great, service was excellent! I highly recommend Ray at Primetech. Thanks Ray!!!!
