Coty and his team replaced our roof in May 2023. We began working with Coty in December 2022 when we started getting bad leaks in our old roof. He was very responsive, and helped answer our many questions. His team came out and put a tarp on our roof until Spring, and checked in throughout the winter. He gave a detailed quote, and there were no surprises in the end. Once it came time to replace our roof Coty kept us updated on when his team would be there, and they were always on time and all were professional and great to deal with! They worked hard to keep our property tidy, even with windy conditions. After the job was completed Coty continued to check in and make sure we were happy with how everything went. I would recommend Reliable Roofing for anyone looking for repairs or a full replacement.

I have used reliable roofing for both an emergency repair job that consisted of some re-shingling, replacing a section of my kitchen ceiling and more recently a new roof installation. With this I can say Coty and his team are just as patient and professional regardless of the size of the job. A few things I really appreciate is getting prioritized during my emergency with a fast service call, Coty always making himself available for questions regardless of whether it results in actual work or not and the fact I've never felt pressured into getting any type of job done. If they see something that needs addressed they always explain why it needs done and if you're curious they are never afraid to show you. The guys did a great job on my roof last week. I appreciated that they kept me up to date with all the going-ons. There was a little issue that they helped get fixed right away so the guys could complete it all at once. The crew was great. They left the place as clean as it was before they arrived. Definitely would recommend them.

Mchatten's showed up to fix a problem another disinterested contractor created. Cody and his team was respectful of my property, pets and kept me in the loop 100% of the way through. Couldn't be happier with the end product, process and the overall professionalism of the outfit. Finding contractors who actually care is a rarity in my experience and these guys went above and beyond.

Coty and his team took on a job that a few Roofing companies wouldn't do, not only.did they get done. It looked great. They also made sure to clean up jobsite and kept it clean during the project.If you need a roof call Coty and you can be rest assured that you will be taken care off.Great work!!
