Ilan and his crew are amazing! They are true masters in their craft. Not only he gave us a very good estimate, he also pointed out various drainage issues around our house and fixed those in no time. He is not a type of a person who creates unnecessary work to make a quick buck. He is very serious about his job, very concerned about his client and works to build a long term relationship. I truly appreciate people like that. He is very skilled, very punctual, very knowledgeable, hard working, and has an amazing personality! His crew is also amazing!They did work on time and even made sure that its not just functional but also looks amazing. He is a very honest guy and I would recommend them to anyone! I am very happy that we found him. I've dealt with many contractors in the past, Ilan is a true gem! No matter how busy they are, they always take time to explain things to you or to respond to you in a timely manner. They never run away from work or make up excuses. If they find an issue, they will walk you through it and find the best solution without breaking your bank.If you need any landscaping or drainage work, make sure to call him! I couldn't be happier with my new patio. My back yard looks amazing! All that's left now is to choose my plants and get some new patio furniture. A portion of my landscaped backyard had uneven paving stones which no longer looked good. I contacted Ilan of Transform Property Solutions and from beginning to the end of the project my experience was great. The Transform crew completed the project very efficiently and effectively. Ilan Looked very friendly at the beginning to get the job and once starting everything changed. Very rude and tried to convince you about the quality.They are not aware of what they are doing and there is no written plan nor any design. I think many of these 5 star reviews are fake or posted by the friends or family. Their estimate looks good at the beginning but I ended up paying another company to clean the mess. Not recommended at all and be careful of who you are hiring.

These guys really know their stuff.We had drainage issues in our backyard with soil loss and a sinking concrete sidewalk. On our consultation, IIan quickly assessed and easily explained the root-cause of our drainage issues and how we could remediate with the least effort and cost for maximum beauty.They found time in their busy schedule to slot our job in and even spent a little extra time than they anticipated to make sure the work was done correctly.The team was so kind, respectful and funny! They definitely worked very hard and was very collaborative in the design process which was really appreciated by myself and my wife. The end result was beautiful!The only feedback I’d have is a bit more clean up after the job is complete, but it was easy enough for us to wash things up - a small concession for the quick scheduling and turnaround of our job!

Ilan seemed like a nice funny guy…at first. Then once he started the job, everything changed. He was very rude, argumentative and disrespectful throughout the job. I’m only not giving just one star because his workers were very nice. The job overall is ok but not great for the amount paid. He left everything a mess. The price was good but honestly next time I’d pay more for a reputable company.I think a lot of his positive reviews are his friends and workers, or maybe even completely fake. Read the other negative reviews on Google. I would unfortunately say they now seem pretty accurate.My advice to anyone thinking of using Transform is beware! You get what you pay for.

We had a very positive experience working with Ilan and are very happy with how our new driveway and retained embankments turned out. He had good creative ideas in incorporating nature into the design and went above and beyond in realizing the vision we had for the spaces. Since completion we’ve had many compliments from neighbors and friends alike about the upgrade in curb appeal our our home got. It should also be noted how willing he was to address any adjustments we asked for along the way and we would happily work with him on future projects.Arek and Robert
