The technician increased the water temperature in the heating loop without informing the condo building causing potential overheating of pipes. The technician left water way too hot causing all the heat pumps to not work. wasted $200 for an HVAC repair person to come on site to tell us that someone had set the water temp too high. How does a contractor forget to correctly set the water temperature?
