Recently had Dr. David Grant do hand surgery, first on my left hand, then later on my right hand. Brilliant work; the pain is gone, and the scars are well-nigh invisible. Also, a very approachable Dr. with a wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommended!

The receptionists here are the absolute worst, incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. I’ve been with this walk-in for over a year and have never had a positive receptionist contact experience. Why not treat your patients better? We’re already going through a lot.

Had a procedure booked with Dr. Grant and he did a second small one on the spot for free. Couldn't recommend more. Super nice guy, very professional and a terrific history conversationalist. Also has good taste in music. Thanks again Dr. Grant

The service here is abysmal. Jean, the receptionist for the walk-in clinic, is completely useless and rude. I’m so disappointed with Seymour health for multiple reasons. My whole family goes here and it’s heartbreaking how horrible our experiences have been. Jean needs to get better training or find a new career because she is absolutely no help. I will tell my family doctor and email about my experiences.

We came here for my girlfriends bad sinus infection. She was exhausted after not sleeping all night due to breathing difficulty. After being seen by the first triage nurse we were told it would be about an hour wait. 2.3 hours later I asked what was going on and told them my girlfriend was very sick & couldn’t breath properly and could barely hold her head up. They triage us a second time when the nurse told my girlfriend took a Covid test (we were never given the results) and told my girlfriend, “just breath thru your mouth” and told us to wait again. We waited over 3 hours total and then were told we were next. After finally being called in to the “doctors room” we waited another full 1/2 hour. We were given a prescription for antibiotics and sent out the door. We never received a result for the Covid test and the doctor said “I didn’t check”.Pathetic service. This is a “walk-in mill” they just want their government fee and shoo you out the door. We would never go back here.

Abysmal..my dr is off on fridays, leaves exactly at 4 pm. If I'm sick or having a break out too bad I have to wait 4 or 5 days to even talk to her by then I've gone to another clinic or in the ER. She never asks about my life at all or my underlying health issues. never checks on new health issues that have come up as I am now 63 years old. The receptionist is cold and rude and truly doesn't care about patients on station 4. I hope new Dr.'s start coming here I will leave so fast.

Very good staff , they do all xrays, lab works in one place and very good doctors help u .Dr bloom was very informative and helpful thanks to him. Hope we can have more places like this to go as it is well equipped like emergency room with less waiting time

I'd gone to the attached Seymour Dermatology clinic. Dr. Jamie Philips was very thorough, patient, and kind. He was proactive about a follow-up appointment, and took great care and finished the priority procedures. He was candid about costs for further issues, and what was covered and not covered. Very timely appointment (within 1 and a half month) - highly recommend as a dermatologist!!

Dear Seymour Clinic,Please change your outgoing message and include the opening hours of doctor's stations. I called this morning, followed the prompts, but was put through to walk-in. I was then harshly told to call back at the station opening hours even though this information is not on your voicemail. There have been a lot of changes recently including no longer taking phone walk in clinic appointments. Be patient with patients, it's a lot to take in. Be kinder. Set up your systems to reduce frustration so we can all have a better day.

I’ve been going here for about 15 years. All the doctors and staff at Station 1 have always been phenomenal. I had the best family doctor for the longest time but unfortunately she decided to move on in her career. However, my new family doctor, the locums, and any doctor I see in lieu of my family doc have all been great. Everyone goes the extra mile despite being stretched thin. For example, the last doctor who I had a phone appointment scheduled with, called me twice during our one hour intended window but I was tied up with work. However she tried me again a third time, well past the window, to make sure she got through to me, and was super cheerful, not mad that I hadn’t picked up earlier. The doctors really listen and communicate well, and will even address multiple issues if you keep it snappy. The ladies at the front desk always follow up when promised and are total professionals at their job. Thank you everyone for so many years of dedicated service, keeping me and our community healthy. ❤️
