Wonderfully nice, professional and zero pain. Like many people, I have spent alot of time avoiding the dentist out of fear of the pain and discomfort associated with dentistry but Cosmo Dental Centre changed all that. They are always so nice and welcoming and the work is TOP NOTCH. Now my spouse swears by them and she was very afraid as well. I recommend Cosmo to anyone in need of dental work. The Best. Seriously.

I have been anxious about seeing a dentist for several years after a negative experience with another practice. I told the staff up front about my concerns and they were extremely kind and patient. The Doctors here explained everything they did and went over the results of the exam thoroughly, without overwhelming me. They prioritized what needs to be done and made it very easy for me. I was very surprised when the multiple procedures I had to undergo for months were painless. I am very happy and will recommend them to my friends who are also anxious about finding a dentist who is right for them. Thank you for being patient, kind and professional throughout the procedures and treatments.

I just changed dentists to Cosmo Dental Center. Dr. D'Souza patiently explained my treatment options after my examination and I felt zero pressure to decide right away. She was so kind and easy to talk to. I had a cleaning shortly after and it was so thorough it made me realize that (as I suspected) that I had not previously been getting the kind of quality dental care that I received at Cosmo. All of the staff are friendly and kind, and I am sooo happy that I switched to Cosmo Dental Center. I only wish I had done it years ago.

Went into cosmo dental for the first time. They convinced me to do multiple cavities over a course of a week assuring me they had spoken with insurance company and they would cover it. They did the cavities and at my appointments I paid the remainder my insurance didn’t cover. Three months later they are harassing me about a billing error they made and charging me another $400. I will never go back and would recommend anyone to go anywhere else in London

Cosmo Dental Centre
Dr. D'Souza at Cosmo Dental is a wonderful dentist! I often am tense at dentist offices due to still feeling pain during procedures even with freezing. Dr. D'Souza is extremely skilled and is the first dentist that I could fully relax while she's completing a procedure. I feel no pain at all and am always satisfied with her work. Definitely recommend her for nervous patients!

We discovered Dr D'Souza just before moving out of province in the spring of 2022 and she is an absolute gem of a dentist. Friendly, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Her ability to provide top notch care while managing a busy schedule is appreciated. She made a point of going out of her way to accommodate our hectic schedules, keeping in mind our tight time frame. We will continue to keep her as our dentist, traveling back to Ontario periodically to do so. Highly recommended.

I Moved to London Last October from Toronto and it’s was great until several days ago my molar was in tremendous pain. I can stand pain but this was just bad. I called Cosmo as they are close by and they took me in with no problems. The entire team was fantastic. They went out of their way to help me and fix my issue. It was so calming and comforting there. The Dr is fantastic and the team members. Thank you for taking away my terrible pain and making it so pleasant at the same time. Look no further when deciding who to go to for your dental needs.Adam

Dr. D'souza and her team are amazing. They have a great environment, that makes a usually uncomfortable situation very pleasant to be in. would recommend for any one that is usually uneasy about going to the dentist or any one that like to enjoy an upbeat day.
