My daughter called them at 11pm. She was told that they'd be there in 60-90minutes. 90 minutes later, she finally gets a call back that their trucks won't start. They were no longer coming. But she would still be charged the $20 processing fee!!!

The help was not difficult to utilize and the tech appeared before long. We had a tire that was stuck and he had the option to manage it before long and get the extra on in a matter of seconds. He was really great and exceptionally enlightening en route. I would energetically suggest Allen's Towing and Recovery administration.

Igor was amazing, very personable and overall great company. He really knows his stuff when it comes to particular vehicle quirks and he really goes above and beyond.Very speedy and very patient. Found them hard to deal with .And found a more reasonable quote elsewhere .They wanted payment before tow was dispatched
