I purchased 2 floral centrepieces for Christmas gifts from Joanne’s floral boutique and I have to say that they were outstanding. The quality and detail in both was amazing and the customer service I received was second to none. Both centrepieces were made and delivered within 24 hours of me placing the order. And it’s been just over a month and they are still as beautiful as the day they were delivered.

I needed 32 Christmas center pieces and this girl as always came through for me with such a short notice! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your order. I give customer service at Joanne’s Floral Boutique a 10 out of 10. She knows her work and her work is absolutely beautiful. My centrepiece is still looking really good! Thanks again for such great customer service! I will definitely be back!!

Received absolutely excellent customer service from Joanne's Flowers this Mother's Day. Although the plant we ordered to be delivered was unavailable, Joanne contacted us to organize a wonderful replacement (and even provided the more expensive replacement at no extra cost). The card was written beautifully and I was kept up-to-date on delivery.I will definitely order from here again and would recommend Joanne's flower shop to anyone.Thanks again for the great service!

My uncle passed away back home, and I'm in Alberta. I wanted to send flowers to my aunt so I started Googling. Found this lovely shop, placed an online order yesterday, and then gave them a call to ask a few questions.I spoke with Ashley, who was absolutely lovely. She answered all my questions and in true Newfoundland fashion, we ended up chit chatting. This business is locally owned and operated, and the owner has decades of experience. The flowers were delivered this morning and they texted me a picture of them before delivery, which I appreciated, as I'm living in another province and can't go in to see the arrangements. This arrangement cost me anywhere from $50-$100 less than other shops with similar arrangements when I was looking at their websites.I highly recommend Joanne's Floral Boutique and Gifts. The customer service is every bit as outstanding as their products.

Called Joanne and needed flowers sent that same day to my mother for her birthday. She was amazing! She did a beautiful arrangement that my mother loved and it was delivered that same day. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her services!

Flowers were a small size and teddybear was small, delivery time was good, certainly not worth $150.00
