Rude staff and customer service all around.

Just letting everyone know that they really hiked up the price. When we bought the membership at the end of the last year (for 2021), golf carts were included in the price, but they quietly removed the golf carts being included at the beginning of this season, so now we have to pay extra $30ish per round (for 70 rounds, so extra $2100 that we didn't sign up for!) They're not responding to email inquiries either. I'm going to fight them with the credit card company, consumer protection Ontario, and ultimately through the small claims court but wanted to save everyone else the hassle of going through this unethical business practice. Please avoid!

We have been members for a few years, we still find it to be beneficial. It's far from perfect but overall it definitely saves us money. There are good courses that don't cost anything extra, but there are other courses that cost $10 to $30 extra. Playing those courses at an upgrade is better than them not being there at all. Golf prices have continued to rise with more people getting into the game during covid. Total last year playing 23 rounds we spent $800. That's $34 a round. More than half off what it would cost just paying at the course. A membership at a particular course is well over $1000. It's not as easy or great as it was years ago but it's still good. Thanks tricity! I know you guys do your best to sign deals with the courses to get us out there at a discount.

This membership value has declined every year with this year hitting a record nosedive. Memberships are over-sold with rounds not being available even following their protocols. The rounds included" is now just a bait and switch as almost every course is an added $15 or more to play. Golf carts which were included when I was enticed last year to early renewal have now been pulled. Overall - NOT recommended."

With the 7 day advance booking and being able to book for friends, it feels impossible to play some courses.These spots are taken fast most days of them being available. The membership itself is a great idea and the savings is ok. There customer service is very good. Unfortunate some can take real advantage of the system.

I am currently stuck in this scam of a membership. I'm done with these guys. Total scam ! I still have credits left for this year as it's nearly impossible to find spots. No carts on any KW courses this year. And time restrictions on many courses. It's getting worse and worse every year.

Definitely not what it was. Definitely won’t be renewing. It’s gotten harder every year to book tickets for courses. For the most part, if you don’t get on and get your course ticket at 8 am seven days in advance (the earliest you can book tickets), they are gone. And they send out member renewal notices saying pricing valid until a certain date, like you are getting a deal if you buy now. Then after that date they send you another email with the same price. I think it’s way over sold with too many restrictions.

Don’t waste your money

I’m so happy I didn’t renew this year. Took away all the carts last year, up the price and add restrictions to so many more courses. Can’t wait to see what kind of “deals” they have this year
