I have used inkster heating and cooling three times , once for my air conditioner, once for a furnace repair and a brand new water heater. Each time the technician came in a very prompt time . The work was done in a timely manner , no mess left behind . Very friendly gentlemen. The value was great a lot less then I’ve paid in the past at other companies. Home depot sub-contracted my hot water tank installation to this company. Although there were some initial hiccups but later on they took care of all my requirements very well. They responded very quickly on my phone call and made all repairs. The professionals are very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company. In fact I’ll now contact with them for my AC repair.

Our AC unit was purchased/installed in 2018 under a 5 year warranty (both parts and labor). I called to have our AC serviced during the last week week of June 2021 before the intense Canada Day weekend heat wave. It’s September 2021. AC still not working or has been serviced nor have we been called for an update of any kind. If you call the business number, it routes you to a switchboard who A.) refuses to provide management contact, B.) says someone will call us back (no one has, it’s been 3 weeks) C.) just says “we’ll put a note on your file.” It’s been over 2 full months, pretty much the entire summer and we just have a dead unit taking up space on our property. They’re clearly sending the message of warranty doesn’t mean anything because they’ve already got your money with the initial purchase/install.

Excellent experience with Inkster Heating and Cooling. They installed our new furnace this year and new air conditioner a few years back and were a dream to deal with. Very affordable, professional and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend.
