5 stars for Sandra and Braeden for their excellent customer service. They are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and provided the best advice. Braeden truly made our shopping experience enjoyable and easy. I really appreciate them both for their help. Thank you again.

Jeff in the shoe department went above and beyond to help me and my mom pick out shoes. He was very knowledgeable about the type of shoes that would suit our feet. I was so thankful and appreciative of all of his efforts.

I have to admit in the past I have always had bad experiences with the Woodbridge Sport Check but my visit on Tues Oct 4 changed my option. We had ordered a bike on sale online and called the store to see when we could pick it up. We were told the product unfortunately had some major issues so had to be sent back to the manufacturer and we were fully refunded our money. They suggested we pick another bike. As it is the end of season we did not see much online so we decided to go into the store to see what was available. We were approached by Damian (store Manager) and he showed us what was in stock. We had few questions so he sent Mateo the bike guru over to help us. As there was not much stock left, Mateo mentioned they had some in the back that were not built yet. He showed us the colours and explained all the features. We decided on a great bike and chose a new helmet, kickstand and bell (for safety :)) When we asked when we could pick up the bike Mateo mentioned maybe in about a week as he is the only bike technician as its the end of the season. We were really hoping for a early time and Mateo offered to do it on the spot for us while we waited! We were blown away but the extra ordinary customer service and the incredible way we were treated. A few people came during this time and Mateo and Damian had to help them as well. They treated everyone with a smile and provided them with outstanding service!!! What a great experience we had. Thanks again to the dynamic duo of Mateo and Damian at the Woodbridge Sport Check!

Got my snowboard waxed and it came back with a massive scrape on the board. They had it stored poorly when I picked it up just thrown in a corner behind 8 other boards. Called to complain about the cut in the board only to find no help. Poor quality work on the wax as well. 10/10 do not recommend.

This location used to be okay however I recently started noticing bad service at this location. Majority of Staff are kids, lounging around and socializing amongst each other. Also had an incident where I asked for a shoe size and the individual said he couldn't help because his shift was going to end in 5 minutes so he was going to get someone else to help me. 5 minutes later of waiting around, no one came. Thank you so much.

Very large sport chek with helpful staff. Only problem is that sport chek is constantly out of shoes sizes 7.5-8.5) and they almost never have the size that you need.You can order it online or have it moved between stores (but other stores are out of the same size too) and ordering it online means you take a gamble on the size since you actually haven't been able to try it on.Also, their priority delivery doesn't ship to many places in the GTA (like mine in Etobicoke) so if you are in a hurry to get a replacement cleat good luck! I eventually had to go to a speciality store to find what I needed.

The staff there were really friendly and helpful. They helped me locate a product that was low stock (ended up being in their backroom) and was patient during the checkout process (as I wanted to redeem my CT points but didn't have a physical card). I believe they have more product in other locations since Yorkdale and Sherway have 2 floors, but Vaughan it is a nice store with a handful of clearance racks. Regardless, I prefer this location due to my positive experience.

Went in just now, wanted to buy shoes. Empty store, more staff than customers. Stood in front of the shoe rack for about 15min. Several staff walked by and went into the staff room. Not a single person so much as acknowledged my presence. It’s like they are actively trying not to sell anything. Very interesting. They either trying to go out of business or up to something shady in that store. Off to Vaughan mills.

I actually dislike that the associates don't work on any sort of commission. Matt in Footwear is absolutely awesome. He has an excellent way of communicating with customers and is knowledgable about products. Keep it up !
