Horrible experience. Please don't go here if you love ur nails. Nails were cut wrong, nail polish was dry and bad job done overall. I usually do not write bad reviews because I know it will affect their business over a small mistake. However, hurting and making them bleed during a manicure is just unprofessional. Won't recommend it to anyone. Pictures taken right after we came out of the salon, paid full price. (attached for reference)

Payal beauty heights salon is my go to and they provide exceptional services. I get my threading anf waxing done from them. Special thanks to Ritu for doing an amazing job always.The staff is so proffesional and through. I would highly recommend them.

Went very late in the evening for a pedicure without appointment. Great service by two lovely ladies in half the time. Will return!

Also, hair coloring. As much as I appreciated the very welcoming, courteous, and accommodating owner, I strongly suggest the salon to be more professional in services, cleanliness, and a calm working place. Half job done by one, calling other to do the rest of the part and the third one, washing color with water all over the face of the client, offering to do color and condition and then completely forget. It was simply confusion amongst the service providers. Massage was very good; Thank you. But there was so much noise by the salon workers outside that it was not relaxing. I really wish there is more professionalism at the salon, The owner is very sweet, kind, and wonderful; hope the above factors are taken in account as it simply does not seem to be a professional salon. I must mention that the owner is accommodating and patient despite me being late couple of times. Thank you and hope the above points are taken in consideration as they are coming from a good place.

Just had my first waxing treatment here. Warm, friendly staff. Lovely room for treatment! Super relaxed and refreshed now! Highly recommend, especially Ritu who was super helpful in fulfilling all my needs and gave me a beautiful eyebrow shape!

I am very happy with their services and it’s my go to place whenever I visit the mainland. The staff is very courteous and always prioritise their clients’ preferences. Ritu especially is exceptional at her work. Thank you so much.

Worst place ever. They just ruined my face, peeled the skin off on my face. I went there just the day before my important meeting and they did a horrible job. After doing that they didn’t even treated it properly and were just giving excuses. If you want to waste your money and be in pain for days then go to them.I got refunded by them!

Today ,I have done my hair color and pedicure they gave me great service. staff is very friendly and customer service is awesome .thank you so much. Ritu and Raj great job highly recommended

Ritu did my pedi…. Nd she was so amazing at her job….. she also gave m feet massage…. Nd let me tell you it was the best massage i ever had for my feet…. Thank you ritu… u r such a beautiful person ❤️❤️❤️ definitely coming back

Yesterday me and my mom came to get my mom a threading done for an important event. My mom somehow had lost her earring and we assumed that it was lost at this salon. My mom was so upset about it. We made a visit to Jysk after here and by the time we came back this salon was closed. Today I had called them to see if the earring was there, however they didn’t have it. The staff from Jysk had contacted the salon and notified them that the earring was found there. The staff from Payal Heights called me back and made sure I was informed and assured me that it was found. I was so happy that they made the effort to contact me about it and made sure I got it. The staff here are so sweet and kind, I would definitely bring my mom here again.
