Worst experience. They said it took 2 weeks for a pair of glasses. Now it nearly 3 weeks, nothing. Do not believe the lady at customer service. She kept saying she will call you, she never calls. If you want to spend $500 or more for a pair of glasses and calls and weeks of waiting and waiting, then do not hesitate to come to this place.

This is the worst experience I had getting glasses. I took my daughter here in November and she needed glasses, so we ordered them.Fast forward almost a month later no glasses,they keep telling me they will call me when they come in or they tell me we will look in to it and call you back and they never call back and follow up. We are coming up on Christmas now and if they don't come in we will be going on 6 weeks no glasses, when they originally told me 10 days. keep in mind my daughter can't see at all this whole time. If I knew then what I knew now I would of gone somewhere else. Once we get these glasses I will not be returning at all!!!!!

Avoid if you need an eye exam. Just a MD with no knowledge of eye diseases.
