We were searching for a specific dress and stumbled upon this bridal shop that carried the dress we were looking for (after a not so great experience elsewhere). We are so impressed with the 5 star service and efforts made to make my daughters experience so special. Tyna was so kind and attentive and went out of her way to ensure my daughter received the full bridal experience and she said YES to the dress! I want to thank Tyna for being such a great person and you are an exemplary employee. We look forward to working with you on this magical journey.

My mum and I came in just to look, as it was my first time looking at dresses for my wedding. I didn’t think I’d fall in love with anything on my first day.The dresses at Sharleez’s were so beautiful and the team helped to pull dresses that fit my style and budget with minimal stress! I found the most beautiful dress, I literally had tears in my eyes I was so happy.I’m so grateful to Sharleez Bridal for helping me find a dress while my mum was visiting from another province so she could share the experience with me. Everyone was so sweet and helpful, I’d recommend Sharleez in an instant!

I purchased my wedding dress from Marilee's Bridal, and I highly recommend their services. However, I needed some alterations for my dress since my wedding was just a few months away. Finding a place that would accept my dress for alterations proved to be quite challenging given the timeline. Fortunately, Sharleez agreed to take my dress as an external client, which I greatly appreciated. The alterations I requested included a front hem of approximately 5 inches and a bustle in the back. The price for these alterations was quite hefty, amounting to $559.35. Initially, I contemplated doing the hemming myself since I have experience, but I was concerned about the bustle and decided to seek the assistance of a professional" to ensure it was done correctly.Right from the start

I said yes to a beautiful dress on June 23rd! Tyna was so patient with me and my sisters who were late due to traffic. She stayed back after closing hours and celebrated with us, allowed us to take photos & never rushed us. I had a great experience with Sharleez Bridal both times I visited.

I had the pleasure of having Carly help me find my beautiful beautiful wedding dress. She was so kind and patient which was very helpful in finding the perfect dress. However customer service did not just end with Carly, the entire time am at Sharleez was sweet and understanding and worked so hard together when I had a medical emergency just before my wedding. Needless to say everyone across the board in the team was outstanding. I am so very pleased to have found my dress here. All my guests adored and loved my dress and got many compliments. Thank you for your outstanding service to your customers and most importantly thank you for being so kind and understanding.

I went to Sharleez Bridal back in April for a bridesmaid dress for a wedding in May and they ensured I had the perfect dress that suited my body type. They, also, put my order on rush given that I did my shopping last minute and I got it just in time for my friend's wedding. Based on this excellent service, I just knew I had to come back for my own wedding dress. Carly worked with me, talked me through each and every step and was absolutely amazing in terms of providing her own opinions on the dresses I tried on as well as picking out dresses that fit what I was envisioning. She even helped my maid of honour get her dress the same day. I can be super indecisive, but Carly made it seem very easy.Overall, Sharleez Bridal has a very professional and friendly environment. Excellent service and beautiful designs (and the free bottle of wine for saying yes is an added bonus). Strongly recommend Sharleez Bridal to the future brides!

Absolutely appalled by my experience at Sharleez bridal. I got my prom dress here (spent a lot of money), the staff was very pleasant and helpful when picking my dress, but my experience went downhill from there. The dress was too long so an appointment for alterations was made, the seamstress we worked with was not the most pleasant, pinned the dress and told us to come back the next day at 10:30 to pick it up. When we came back in she didn’t believe us that we we’re supposed to be there even though she told us to come. She was in the back for a few minutes and she came back with my dress shoved in a bag, and told us it was done. I wasn’t aloud to try it on again, and I was told to sign on a hand written form (so unprofessional). When I tried the dress on that night it was not hemmed and there were still many pins in the dress where it was supposed to be hemmed. At this point I am a week out from my prom with a dress so long I can’t even walk in it. We were told first that we were wrong and it was hemmed and then the story changed to it being an honest mistake. I’m not sure what exactly happened but the whole situation with the seamstress seems very sketchy. (Especially since she still has our 90 dollars for the alterations). Senior Management was very rude and unpleasant to work with refusing to give us a refund on the alterations and wants to send my dress away to have it hemmed. With the whole situation and my prom being a week away I do not trust this, and would just like a refund for the job they didn’t do

I had a great experience at Sharleez Bridal. I was having not so good of a day before I got there. I was anxious, and feeling down. But as soon as I got in there, we were welcomed by 2 wonderful ladies who made me feel special. I gave them my budget, size and time frame and they were able to pick out a few dresses for me to try on. After realizing the first couple weren't for me, they found me a beautiful dress that suited me and then proceeded to make me feel absolutely beautiful in it. I know it's their job, but that's okay, because they certainly did their job well and I said yes to a dress! Then she popped a bottle and we all toasted. I walked out of there feeling great! The price was absolutely spot on, they stuck within my budget and even had 50% off. I highly suggest going to Sharleez Bridal on Queen street in Niagara Falls.

Putting 1* anonymously in intention of damaging the business is not ethical!!"I will actually describe my horrible experience since you have the audacity to call me unethical and trying to damage your business.So let me update the experience I had for everyone to read. So I made the mistake of purchasing my bridesmaids dresses from your shop. I would have much rather gone to Laura in the mall to purchase the exact same style dress and colour to avoid the absolute nightmare of dealing with your store. You call me to arrange a day to have alterations done. Upon arriving I see the staff scrambling to find the dresses. We found out that the dresses hadn't even arrived yet despite calling us to be present and arranging for my bridesmaids to show up from out of town. We were then made to feel bad because I was rightly upset. The manager blamed this issue on other staff IN FRONT OF THEM. This was highly unprofessional

I already had a dress for my July 2022 wedding, when I discovered Sharleez Bridal. I was in the area in late October 2021 when I noticed a dress in the window of a new bridal store. I phoned a few days later to make an appointment. I wanted to try the dress on - just for fun. I ended up trying on a few others as well - all STUNNING gowns. But in the end, I went with the dress that I spotted in the window! I wanted to feel like a princess, and my dress did just that. I have and will continue to recommend Sharleez to anyone who has asked, and anyone who is looking for a gown, mother of the bride/groom dress.The customer service I received at Sharleez, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Carly not only remembered my name each time I came in, but also my mother and my mother-in-law’s names, both of whom purchased their dresses there as well! She really gave it a personal touch, and she is an asset to the team! The seamstress was quick, efficient, and extremely customer friendly. She had the sweetest personality.The store is clean, cozy, decorated BEAUTIFULLY, and most importantly, has some of the most gorgeous gowns you will ever see.I am forever grateful that Sharleez opened a location in Niagara Falls when they did! I am certain they will become a long-standing business in the community.Jolene
