Summer of 17 I thought my transmission was going to come through my floor boards. I went to the dealer and the said I need a new transmission $9000.00 plus install. I was told to check out Tim at Singer Automotive for a second opinion. Tim was booked but managed to get me in. Did a thorough inspection and research. Found a rubbed WIRE. That’s all it was. Tim had me fixed up and out the door in no time. Can’t say enough good things about Tim and Singer Automotive. Will try and go back every year I’m in Penticton to have my truck worked on by Tim and the Crew

Tim, Laura and the crew need more than 5 stars, period.My wife and I (first time customers) are moving to North Carolina and I wanted to have our 7.3 Powerstroke checked over before making the cross continent trip. The night I started the truck to drop it off, it almost didn't start. Turned out the glow plug relay was totally melted. However, the truck got to the shop, they booked it in for 3 hours to run all the diagnostics and checks and I think he only charged my 2.5 hours for that.After everything was checked out, Tim called me up and gave me the list of recommendations he thought we should take care of in addition to my already decently sized list. He suggested which parts were safe to save money on with after market and which he thought were better to go OEM. Short and short of it is, neither I, nor the shop, planned on the number of things getting done to truck. Tim asked if he could keep the truck at the shop until he was able to get everything done by fitting it in where he could. To my surprise, Laura called me up less than 48 hours later to tell me the truck was done and she said they worked pretty extensively trying to get the truck ready for our moving date only one week away.The thoroughness and attention to detail is like no other shop I've dealt with. The only regret I have is that I won't be able to have my truck serviced here again because of distance. Do yourself a favour and bring your truck here.Thanks again guys,Kyle.

Can’t say enough good things about Singer Automotive. Tim is an absolute beauty to deal with. I drive my car from kelowna to have it serviced because it is absolutely worth it for an honest and reliable mechanic! Several shops in kelowna kept putting bandaid fixes on my car and could not diagnose the problem so I took it to Tim and he fixed the issue right away.

If I could give singer more than 5 stars I honestly would. They are so honest and do great work. Tim and his team took the time to figure out what was wrong with our truck on two separate occasions from two different issues. Both times it was not a simple diagnosis either!!! Everything was explained to us and we were provided options. I really appreciate the fact they will let you know what’s wrong with your vehicle and wait for you to give the go ahead to fix it. I’ve had mechanics in the past fix it and then go “ here’s the bill! “ without an OK from the customer. If you need a shop that you can trust that does great work (especially on the Ford F-350 super duty’s ) then please do yourself a favour and go to Singer! Laura ( who runs the office) is super friendly and she’s very knowledgeable as well. Thank you guys for your honesty and hard work!!Andrea & AJ

100 kms into our trip to the mountains the truck decided to have a hissy fit! Monday mornings are difficult times to get appointments with garages! Singer Automotive was recommended to me by Skaha Ford because they were booked solid! So was Singer's. Tim Singer, the owner, went out of his way to get us another garage to help out. No luck! Not good enough for Tim. He wanted to make sure we could get back on the road asap! We left the truck with Tim to fit us in whenever he could! By early afternoon he had us up and running! Thanks Tim and Ralph for your excellent customer service and attention to detail!
