I have been dealing with Sign Design for a variety of orders. The service is nothing but top notch and the speed of delivery is amazing. I even ruined a portion of the decal for our boat and they replaced that portion free of charge. Could not be happier with their work and would highly recommend them

Amazing customer experience with James and his crew at Sign Design! Stopped into the Sign Design store on a work related errand, and after talking to staff realized the extent of the work they do in house! I was looking for paint protection for my new truck and was happy to find that the not only do custom vinyl wrapping of vehicles, they also do quality laser cut, vehicle specific, 3M paint protection for cars or trucks. I already had price quotes from other companies locally and Sign Design did amazing work for hundreds of dollars cheaper than any other quote I had. The quality laser cuts are perfect and the vinyl 3M protection is precise fit. Because my truck is a 2019, the vinyl bumper template was not in the Sign Design computer as of yet, but staff ordered the exact bumper fitment from 3M and it was here in two days. That's excellent customer service. The staff was super friendly and the prices were amazing for the quality of workmanship! I can't say enough about this business and I will continue to shop here! Worst service I have ever had. Ever.Saw their ad on kijiji and decided to give them a call. wanted to get some business cards made.gave all the images and content I needed on the business cards. Took them for ever to get them made. a week later when they were finally done, went to pick them up only to be greeted by the most zombiefied human being I have ever met. I walk in and said hello. and he just kept staring at me. no smile no response. Asked for my business cards. He slides foward a box. still not a single word. I open the box to find the worst business cards I have ever seen. All the imaged were pixillated. the cards were all cut unevenly and then the I look at the bill...this company charged me over $100 for 250 cards. I asked him if this was right and all i got was a nod in return. I have always been tried to support local but wow I rather not if I have to deal with people like the ones that work at Sign Design Inc

I am heavily involved in a couple of non-profit organizations that require signage and posters often. We have used Sign Design for some of our signature events such as a golf tournament and a children's ball. For another charity, we held a regional conference with over 200 attendees. In all cases, the design and printing was done by the experts at Sign Design. The service was excellent both during the design and production stages. We made changes to the designs on a few occasions and the design staff was always patient with us. Production was always done in time and quality is always good. Most importantly, the projects were always within the allotted budget. In the penny pinching charity world, that matters just about more than anything. I have no issues recommending the staff here, they're excellent.
