Lacking knowledge on how to treat diabetics and patients with circulation issues. Biggest mistake of my life.

I've gone to him a few times and I even recommend Dr. Masson to other people when they need a podiatrist. He is friendly and professional.

I did visit him for the first time,he took time to listened to me ,and he solved my problem. Highly recommended

Worst clinic ever if It let me give 0 stars I would. The doctor is always away and not even in the office. He has been my family doctor for quite some time now but there is no point to make him your family doctor because he's always on vacation". But the worst of all is their receptionists they should be fired immediately totally unprofessional and have bad attitude. I have no idea why this clinic is even open since nobody can even come in and meet with the doctor. Be cautious of this place I'd advise anyone to not go here not in a million years!!! There's many more better clinics than this one with knowledgeable and professional doctors."

Dr. Masson is very professional and he makes us comfortable. Moreover he knows what to treat and how to treat. Highly recommended.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL ! Nothing against the doctors! they are amazing however, the STAFF ON THE OTHER HAND IS SOMETHING ELSE! THEY ARE SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL !! They do not answer the phone when you call and even if they do, they dont know how to talk to a patient. When you make an appointment, best believe you want to add an extra 30-40 minutes to your time. The receptionists are so uneducated to the point where they honestly don't know what they are talking about half the time.I had called in to talk to the doctor yesterday so i can get my blood work. Due to me working a 9-5 job, which also collides with their timings, i made a phone call appointment to make sure that I would be able to talk to the Doctor.I called, the receptionists don't even ask before putting you on hold, they just pickup the phone call and put you on hold and make you wait a real long time. Honestly speaking the ER triage would be quicker than them taking you off of hold.Understandable that its a doctors office, but come on there's how many of them to answer the phone calls, yet you're still in Que for a while.
