I just got engaged but sadly my ring was a bit too small. I was looking around for places with a quick turn around, and was thrilled when I found MT and discovered they can do same-day resizing (for a reasonable fee). I brought my ring in immediately, they got my correct size, and provided me with a very fair quote. My ring was ready 3 hours later and it's perfect! Can't even tell anything was done to it, and it was polished up beautifully. Will definitely be back for any other jewelry needs I have and will definitely recommend.

Went to jewellery store today. Their sign says they open at 10am. With 2 employees in the store just staring at me at 10:15am. 3-4 times they sais 5 minutes 5 minutes. So because I'm just one person I guessIf there was a line up of more than one person I'm sure they would let us in.Suggestion open at 10am if those are your hours. If not and you have things to do please go in early so you don't make your customers wait

Excellent service and in timely manner. Went to get the battery replaced on 3 of my watches and got it done right away without costing too much. I will service my watches from them going forward as well.

The folks here are amazing. Family owned and operated and you can tell they give a damn about their customers. They provided guidance on stones I personally brought in and advised which one was best quality and explained why. Very patient and friendly.They also made a beautiful hand crafted setting for my partner which she loved. I won’t go anywhere else for any of my jewelry needs.10/10!

Great service. Caught my watch on something and ripped the band off. Instead of trying to sell me a new band, he put in a new pin, and bent the tabs back so all was good as new.Two minutes, and $5 tax incl.Very pleased.

I make trips to Toronto and Kitchener quite often and always make time to stop by MT Jewellers to have my jewelry polished and watch batteries changed. They are by far some of the most honest and knowledgeable Jewellers, Goldsmith's, and gemologist that I've met!This past spring I had a custom order placed and they went above and beyond expectations.I was awestruck by how well the custom order turned out! I gave them the idea, some references, and my budget - needless to say I was blown away! I was a loyal customer before, but with this this, I can't ever see myself going to any other jewellery store!You'd be hard pressed to find another Jewellery store that places more care over their work and customers than profit.

My fiance purchased my engagement ring here after being recommended by a few people in town. Him and one of the managers discussed a plan for the ring which he was excited about, but was ultimately not pleased with when he got to see it in person. The diamond sat awkwardly high and looked nothing like the reference photos provided at the beginning of the process. He asked them to bring it lower and they obliged, but was again not 100% pleased with the results. He proposed and soon after that we brought the ring to another jeweler for inspection. We found that several of the side stones were on the brink of falling out and the centre diamond was crooked. We tried to give them a second chance with the appraisal of my engagement ring and sizing a couple of my rings. They tried to charge us for the appraisal when they originally told us it was included in the ring cost, and not even a week after picking it up, one of the bands of a ring I got sized snapped in half. I'm giving two stars because to their credit, they have tried to come back and fix mistakes, but with poor results.

To be honest, if I could review this with over 5 stars I would. Incredibly professional employees, unbeatable prices, amazing atmosphere-- this jewellery store is the best you can find. I came here to get a gift for my mother, and she absolutely adored it! The size and quality were something I couldn't have gotten at another store for as good a price as MT jewellers provided. The customer service is also incredible, and for that alone I could give it 5 stars. I cannot recommend this place enough! 500/5 stars!

So pleased to find a local goldsmith who can offer 2-3 day repairs, or same day for a slight fee bump. I didn't want to part with an antique ring and MT Jewellers came through. They had several beautiful finds in their cabinets. I look forward to returning. The staff shares their knowledge and remain professional. Such a great find.
