One K Nails

Had an amazing experience and got cared by Bella, who took every single step and consideration perfectly!! She was understanding of the design I was looking for and added great advice that made it look 1000 x better than the original reference! Definitely worth the value and time every appointment.

The worst nail salon in Thornhill/ Richmond Hill… gave me a bad infection. They don’t clean their instruments… stay away. Finished a manicure in 5 minutes to rush to the next customer… they triple book … the worst .

Had the worst experience, barely cleaned my nails for my manicure , left my cuticles messy. I found the lady to be exceptionally rude in her tone. They wouldn't fix their mistakes. Wouldn't recommend.

Best naill spot in the area!! Lina is amazing! I have been having nails,toes and waxing by lina for 5 yrs she is truly the best. Salon is clean and they have an amazing color options! 5 stars is not enough to say how great they are!

She file my skin and the top coat is all over the skin.... i had to peel off the layer because it pulls the skin around. They should learn costumer service as well!

I asked for coffin nails and they gave me a rectangle shape, I am not the first of my friends to have a bad opinion on one k nails. The establishment was dirty and they don’t clean the nail tools properly from which I got an infection! I am very disappointed with one k nails and won’t be returning to their establishment!

I've been coming here for over 6 months following Lina. This place is clean and the staff are friendly. Lina has been doing my nails for years and she has never let me down. She has an amazing work ethic. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She knows what she's doing. I highly recommend this place and if Lina is not busy, make sure to give her a try.

FYI: I NEVER REVIEW ANYTHING UNLESS ITS REALLY GOOD OR REALLY BADHonestly, I don't think I am ever going anywhere else. Lina and Joy are both so kind and sweet. And I came here for the first time. Joy did my nails, and she took her time, she shaped them to the T, she constantly checked in with me to see if I liked the shape and the length and the thickness. I am probably the most pickiest person in this entire world, I've tried every possible nail salon out there, and FINALLY I found a salon I will continue to go too. A big concern for me is not only customer service but also the nails and the thickness. I love how natural my nails look, and I love the fact that they don't over power my hands and look bulky. I have even been to Stilleto nails, and I have tried all the nail people there, and I just always ended up with a thick nail no matter how many times I told them please make sure its thin. I am not trying to bash any other nail place. I just want to emphasize that these girls really do their job with passion. Joy did my nails with such precision and she took her time, I didn't just feel like another client. When I expressed my happiness to Joy she said to me I love my work
