Gave my laptop to them a while ago for thermal pasting. They broke my charging circuit and paid me extra for the unnecessary repair. I paid them and it worked for a while and i right now its again damaged. Worst place . Never going back. Broke my laptop.Edit: There was no problem in the charging circuit. It was completely fine . I gave it for a simple modification(repasting) and they somehow damaged my charging circuit which was completely a new issue which wasn’t present before. I am using my laptop as a PC right now because of the newfound battery issue.

I had an extremely delicate but complicated issue which I wasn’t expecting to be resolved in a quick and reliable manner. Contrary to my belief, Josh from Techbytes was able to not only fix what I knew was an issue but simultaneously identified and corrected issues that I didn’t foresee. His service was extremely professional and friendly. Wouldn’t recommend any other place for your tech needs.

I recently reached out to TechBytes to inquire about building me my first computer. I told them my needs and my price range and Chris promptly provided me with a quote. Very early on into the process I knew they were going to be good to work with based on the quickness of their responses and the detail of their emails back to me. Being a first time PC owner I had a lot of questions and never once did I feel like I wasn't being heard or that I was annoying them. They were so patient and thorough with me throughout the entire process and now that I have my PC I literally couldn't be happier with it. Chris checked all my boxes and even threw in some cable combs. You may pay a little more for a custom build especially in this climate with the chip shortage. But believe me you are not going to get the level of customer service and support these guys can offer at a big box store. I would recommend them to anyone and they have a customer for life in me.

I had a virus on my MacBook and came here to get it fixed. The service was friendly and timely. I had my laptop back quicker than anticipated which was a bonus. If you need anything tech wise, this is your place! Highly recommend them!

It was a bad day in Feb, crashed my drone. Luckily the guys at TechBytes (Josh and Jason) were extremely helpful. I told them what happened. Josh offered a number of options, all reasonable (better than a new drone). Took the drone in to one of their drop off sites. Took a few days to fix. Picked it up at a convenient time. And back flying on the weekend. Jason also gave me some tips on maintenance. I would recommend TechBytes for your drone repairs. Very Satisfied.

Great business and they do great work. I brought my DJI Mini SE drone to have a repair made. I dealt with Ken, who was super helpful and always kept me up to date with ordered parts, arrival of parts, etc. Very happy with how they do business. Although I hope I never need to have another drone repair, I'd be back if need be.

The computer they built looks and runs great! No complaints with the service they provide. Definitely going to recommend techbytes to anyone who needs a computer built.
