Zero customer service .the seller is so rude and lair . I recommend you don’t shop from this store .I bought girl dresses and shoes.I asked him If the size is small can I change it ,he said yes you can change just same dress and different size .now I go and want to change size he is so rud and said no I didn’t say .he very very lair I don’t buy anything from this store

Worst experience of my life if i could give it a zero i would first the sales person is incredibly rude and so annoying second he would not help us when we asked third as we were leaveing we were accused of stealing a 20$ shoe and he started yelling give me my shoe back im never going back PLEASE DO NOT GO. If you do be carful

The lady working was super rude wouldn’t help look for sizes or would just shout won’t fit won’t fit! from behind the counter if you think something won’t fit come and show what would fit u yelling behind the counter and not even willing to take a single step is very rude. And what is whit all these signs in every corner pointed at your face *smile your on camera* do you accuse every person who walks in to be a thief or something do better!!!

My daughter was fat-shamed at this store. Firstly, the employee lied about the available product, even though it was right in front of us. Then when I asked to get a dress, he looked at my daughter and said it won't fit her because her waist is too big." He didn't even give us the opportunity to try something on

Would have given it a zero if I could. The so called owner was very rude when I asked to try on an item and then told me I was too fat for the item. She said it fits 10-12 which I fit in that size range then she said and it will not fit and handed me a 3 XL dress! And she was super rude and made me feel super bad. DONT SHOP AT THIS LOW QUALITY STORE EVER. THEY ARE DISGUSTING

Always loved this store. The attire is absolutely stunning, and they have everything you need for accessories to go along with your outfit.The prices are fabulous. I found beautiful dresses and a tuxedo for my children’s Baptism and Two year photos. The staff even threw in some extra goodies for the kids hair and gave me a beautiful pair of earrings.A must shop place for fancy kids wear.
