U-Haul Moving & Storage at Century St

Booked a trailor 5 days before my moving and on the pickup date they said its not available and even they didn’t call that they don’t have trailor. Waited their for 30mins and lady on the counter said you have to go to another location for the pickup. Very bad experience on this location.

Pickup/drop off was quick and easy, but after I paid with debit card when I picked up the truck, they sent the full charge onto my credit card at drop off without refunding the original charge. Had to call back just to get the money I’m owed and it will be sent by cheque in the mail and arrive in 4-6 business weeks. No class, very disappointing.

Lots of inconvenience with Uhaul and this location. We initially booked months ahead for a 10ft truck at Inkster location but none was available and we were offered a 15ft truck at Century location. The lady at the reception was a new hire and the Assistant Manager, Nick, was not at all helpful. He even left her at her own leaving us waiting for a long time just to pickup the truck. Took about 45mins to an hour to get the reservation going and had to take our licence multiple times. When we went to get the truck it was so dirty. No one did a walk-around with us and we were just handed the keys and was asked to leave, no advices or notices whatsoever.

All seemed fine until I dealt with a sales representative. He seemed not interested in answering questions. The staff behind the counter all looked like they didn't want to be there at all. We did manage to buy what we needed.

Terrible... I booked a 20ft truck to drive 1600km almost a month in advance... They called me 3 days before confirming that my truck was going ready for Thursday... When I got there they gave me a 26 foot truck old as hell, the oldest in their fleet the receptionist said... I said I only need a 15 ft... I request a 20ft to be safe...Now I'm sure I will burn way more fuel if this piece of junk make there.And this is not all, has no USB charger and the 12v adapter charger doesn't work.Very disappointed with U-Haul service.If I make there, I will make another review!

Excellent customer service!! We will choose this location again next time we are in need of a moving truck!!

The best U-Haul rental location in Winnipeg. My trucks are ready when I arrive at opening. The accessories are always available and if I'm running late on a return they give me the time or automatically rebook my rental until the next morning.

Tried to buy a box and a worker wanted to argue with me over a parking spot. Took my business elsewhere

I booked my 10 feet truck online almost a month ahead. Came in the morning today to pick up, process was easy and fast. Truck was clean inside and ready to go. They started to implement more digital features, I like that. Truck return also was very quick for me. No issues. Thank you.Also this place offers lots of other supplies necessary for moving. Visited here for the first time for trailer rental and my experience was great. Reserved and checked in for a trailer online. When I showed up at appointment time. I was in and out within five minutes with the trailer I booked. Returning was just as easy. Showed up, guy came out from the building and unhooked the trailer. I didn’t even leave my truck. And within five minutes I received my receipt in email. Painless experience, definitely returning for future U-Haul needs.
