This place has been amazing and played an instrumental role in my recovery. John is a true professional. His expertise, patience, and caring nature has made the experience top notch. I came here after my meniscus repair surgery, and his knowledge really helped for a safe return to playing hockey. You feel cared for and are assured it’s not a transactional facility. He was there for me anytime, or any day to answer my countless questions, and I recommend him and this and place to anyone that needs rehab/athletic therapy ! 5 stars all around.

Been to many clinics but this one never disappoints. I go to see Jason and Andy for my sports recovery and therapy. They know what they're doing and they have great tools to always make me leave feeling like new. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, I don't think I'll ever go to another place for my sports rehab!!

I play high level competitive sports that take place many hours over 2-3 day periods. The spot and its amazing staff provide excellent treatment to help maintain longevity and prevent injury during these tournaments to my team and myself. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for massage or sports rehab.

Dr Matt and Team are amazing. From the first initial consult to all the ongoing appointments, they are as efficient as it comes. Very organized and patient oriented. If you are an athlete you will come to appreciate this location rather quickly. The depth of knowledge that is transferred during the consult sessions makes a huge impact on understanding the nature of your injury!!!

After injuring both my knees from Muay Thai, I was unable to walk properly or do any form of athletics. I started seeing Dr. Sanjeev and after a few months of adjustments and take home exercises, I'm happy to share that I've made a successful recovery! Excited to start going to the gym and running again.

I’ve been visiting The Spot, specifically Jason, for a few years now and he has helped me tremendously to deal with my lower back pain from a bulging disc. We came up with an action plan which included heat and massage therapy, as well as a tailored program to help me get back to 100%. I am now confident to say that I have surpassed my previous strength goals after committing to the specific movements that Jason recommended and I am beyond grateful that he has helped me to become a better overall athlete today!

Great office. I’ve been coming here for the past few months to address some back and shoulder pain. John was able to alleviate some acute headaches I was experiencing within a few appointments. Visits are easy to book via their online portal and the location has ample parking. Will definitely be coming back for more maintenance treatment.

I go to Jason whenever I have any body pains and aches and he always knows how to fix it. He has helped me improve my posture through exercise. He also explains and educates about the musculoskeletal system in a way that is easy for me to understand. Thank you Jason, you're the best!
