Me and .My coworker went in to this wendys for lunch yesterday and our server *and I cannot remember her name* but she was training a new manager and the whole time she was giggling with us clearly enjoying her job. We work at a vet clinic, and with our meal, we got a free kids meal from the app, so who better to bring it to than the veterinarian on shift. Well we looked at the toy from the kids meal and thought it was cool, but then noticed there was a vet clinic portion, we asked the same sweet girl if we could switch our toy to the vet clinic and not only did she laugh and say absolutely she searched under the counter and in the back to find one.That girl gave me the customer service I didn't think existed anymore. She didn't take life too seriously and was silly just like we needed.That girl deserves a raise and made my entire day and made an entire vet clinic full of staff laugh their butts off. We appreciate her and her amazing work, and I hope when she sees this, she gives herself a pat on the back.Will definitely be back to this restaurant!

Went here last night through the drive through, I will not go again to this location again. I will drive to the other one across town. Lady who took my order at drive through speaker was good, but once I got up to the first window to pay that’s where a girl barely opened the window and stuck out the machine. Didn’t even tell me the total, or confirm my order, or even say hi. I handed her the coupon I had and she changed something in the computer and still didn’t tell me my total. I just feel having a payment device on a stick stuck out a window with very little human interaction isn’t the best service. I didn’t even have the chance to say I wanted to pay with cash etc. Food wasn’t the best either. I’ve have better quality at other Wendy’s before. And I also never received a receipt at all which I’m unhappy about. Never got asked if I wanted one and nothing in the bag. Overall this visit was poor and with the inflation of fast food I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Was here to pickup food. There were these three to four Asia girls and one of them was Geylene or something and she was a manager…..When I reached there they were already talking in any other language and after asking my pickup number they were still doing the same. I didn’t care until another girl came back from kitchen who had a boy cut style hair.. She came upfront for no reason said me Hi without any reason…and she started talking in other language too..she was looking at me and talking to others..I thought they were making fun of me..that was so rude and disrespectful. And this happened for almost 5 minutes. Would never come back again….

Have not been in a Wendy's restaurant for over 20 years. Went in for dinner February 10 at about 8:15pmMy visit was excellent. Cleanliness, quality of food, staff, temperature of food was all excellent.My only suggestion is: the dine in was not busy. Maybe an opportunity for the manager on duty to come out and bus the restaurant while connecting with patrons adding an additional personal touch to the diner's experience....I will be back.Thanks..Congrats to the staff.....

Normally it's really good here. Bought a frosty tag back in February and they never gave it to us. Came here recently to get it and they have no record. I guess I'll go somewhere else instead. Wasted my hard earned $$ for no reason.

Sorry, usually good. Ordered a Classic chicken with extra lettuce, no sauce, no tomato. Got one tiny piece of lettuce, had to go inside to get it fixed. Everything cost so much now, we expect a little more care. It was not a hard order.

I like how quickly this Wendy's handles your order and they are great about ensuring your order is correct. As always the Frosty is my favorite item but Baconator is awesome.

This Wendy's is getting worse every day. They have now taken away all condiments and napkins. You have to go to the counter and ask for each thing separately and get attitude for asking. When I asked why they took everything away I was told that they have to do what they are told. When I told then that we would be going to the other Wendy's from now on they said oh well" and walked away.Also they don't allow changes on coupons even if it says on the coupon that you can have spicy or homestyle chicken. They say the coupon is only for spicy chicken.The new management at this location is the worse I've ever seen."

Had the new breakfast sausage cheese and egg croissant and it was delish but service was reall bad had to give my order like 4 rines before she got it. As far as atmosphere no one was smiling or anything and no thank you come again" or anything....."

Want give less than one. Just dont go just go. Some staff was nice like the old lady there. She is super nice. But other than that just the worst
