My wife and I came in earlier today to inquire about the chairs which was recommended by my chiropractor. after looking around for 2 min Sarah asked us if we needed help. she was professional and knowable. after 20 min of testing the chair out and learning the different function we walked away with an invoice.In and out in 45 min. Great experience !

Went looking for a massage chair after visiting them in the home show last fall. The sales agent was very pushy and was trying to get me into one of their intelli beds. I asked how the chairs compared to the Irest chairs from Blackstone Saunas their main competitor and the sales agent was very rude and dismissive of any other products or companies. I decided to try their chair and then drove over and tested the Blackstone chair as well. I was much happier with the Irest chair due to the quality of the massage I received (especially the foot massage). I felt the Anada chair was nice but due to the cost difference and the Irest being a better massage I would recommend visiting Blackstone Saunas over Bodo.

Came in earlier yesterday just browsing around the store asked for some help to see where I could go and what I could get but the guy his name was Jared wasn't very helpful. He seemed nervous around me and kept avoiding talking to me much. I hope it wasn't because of what I think it is, but I think my skin color affected his opinion of me. I give this shop a 2
