We help women get back on their feet with job interview ready clothing and a complimentary hair cut. We help improve self esteem and no lady leaves with out a hug.

Sorry about the parking situation. I drove to the address on Johnson St. twice yesterday and was not able to get near the building. As I travelled to Victoria from Salt Spring Is, I was not able to make a return trip.I took three large bins of high end apparel and a box of matching shoes to WIN.

They have a very impressive organization that does phenomenal work.I donated my working wardrobe (now that I have retired) to them for women who are returning to the work force and need the appropriate clothes.The ladies volunteering were fun and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you Ladies for helping out at a very beneficial organization.
